But Wolters claims Madeleine was murdered in Portugal. Not forgetting that in 2022 he stated they had enough evidence to charge. He's never mentioned anything about inadmissible evidence What evidence could there possibly have been in Germany when she was murdered in Portugal? It doesn't make any sense, which means it most likely isn't true.
You do know Bruckner had a property in Germany on which various incriminating evidence such as USB sticks were uncovered under his buried dead dog right?  But because it was obtained without a search warrant it was deemed to have been gathered illegally?

I don't pay much attention to the case against Brueckner tbh. Because there isn't one.

Ignorance is bliss eh?

I wouldn’t read the following either if I were you.  Posted as a little reminder about Spam’s hero:

Madeleine McCann suspect Christian Brueckner’s emails ‘relevant to disappearance’
Defence lawyers for the prime suspect in the case said information from his computer hard-drive was seized without permission

April 03 2024, 10.20pm
Tito Stampa, an investigator from the Federal Criminal Police (BKA), Germany’s equivalent of the FBI, said while giving evidence in an unrelated case that police had located three separate Hotmail accounts belonging to Christian Brueckner.

The BKA was handed Christian Brueckner’s hard-drive by an unnamed female witness in Portugal.

Brueckner is on trial in Braunschweig, accused of carrying out sex attacks on women and children in Portugal, where he was living when Madeleine vanished in 2007.

• Who is Madeleine McCann prime suspect Christian Brueckner?

The 47-year-old has denied involvement in Madeleine’s disappearance from the southern resort of Praia da Luz. Four years ago he was named as the prime suspect in the case, although he has not been charged.

Friedrich Fülscher, Brueckner’s lawyer, said the hard-drive seized in Portugal should be dismissed as evidence heard in court

Friedrich Fülscher, Brueckner’s lawyer, said: “This is simply not allowed. The German police can’t simply go and secure evidence in another country without any authorisation.

“The Portuguese authorities were not even informed … It is as if the German police just went to England and started carrying out a police investigation there and then seizing evidence and flying it back to Germany. It’s outrageous.”

Stampa said that in 2017 the BKA had applied to Microsoft Ireland for permission to securely access the Hotmail accounts, which it was granted in 2018.

However, the investigators found the inboxes’ contents had been completely deleted for the first half of 2007, including May, the time when Madeleine disappeared shortly before her fourth birthday. In the outboxes they discovered that Brueckner had sent obscene photos and various versions of two stories depicting abduction and abuse.

The prosecution said that detectives found a copy of one of the stories on a USB stick during a police search in 2016 on Brueckner’s dilapidated box factory site in Neuwegersleben, east Germany.

The defence has consistently tried to prevent the details of the Portugal hard-drive from being heard in court, arguing that it was seized without permission. They also argue that prosecutors cannot prove that Brueckner was the author of the stories.

Brueckner is in a high-security prison in Oldenburg, near Bremen, serving a seven-year sentence for the rape of a woman in Portugal in 2005.

His trial involves allegations that he raped a woman in June 2004 in Praia da Rocha, and later raped and abused a teenage girl and an elderly woman at his house in Praia da Luz between December 2000 and June 2006.

He is also accused of exposing himself and masturbating in front of children on at least two occasions while in Portugal and, separately, insulting prison officers in Germany.

The trial continues.

So in 2007 Christian Bruckner was writing about abducting a 5 year old girl and her mother in his van and raping one in front of the other.  But that is not the evidence that links him directly to the Madeleine McCann case according to the German detective who presented this evidence in court.  That evidence he cannot disclose but presumably it would be more compelling than the fact of Bruckner’s sick sadistic fantasies (which incidentally he had tried to delete from his inbox).

So he wrote some bogus stories about abducting abusing & murdering kids. He told an undertaker that he destroyed the evidence. He boasted to Busching that he knew all about what happened to Maddie. It's all real credible stuff isn't it.

According to this article he raped & abused a woman & teenage girl between 2000 & 2006. He's got some real stamina.

Was he even there on the night of 3rd May?  You seem certain of it so please provide the evidence, eg his phone pinged on a nearby mast.

As he lived near PDL I’d be surprised if his phone hadn’t pinged off a nearby mast, if he was indeed in PDL. Much like Brueckner really.

It’s a pity that Freud’s offending wasn’t exposed until later. I wonder if OG did any kind of investigation around him?

Just imagine if a story about raping a young girl in front of her mother had been found on David Payne’s laptop.
Yes itis credible stuff which together with all the other stuff paints a compelling picture, even if not sufficient evidence to charge.

Why do you keep banging on about Freud when you don’t think he was involved and there’s absolutely no evidence at all that he was involved.  Bruckner’s phone pinging in PdL isn’t surprising but it puts him there that night.

Brueckner’s phone pinged on a nearby mast…just to be clear.

Wolters has sufficient evidence to charge. He said as much 3 years ago and he wouldn't ever lie or exaggerate. Brueckner didn't seem too concerned about it though, in as much as he made cartoon drawings mocking the prosecution. Very brave of him, considering he left a confession & photos of Madeleine's murder on his USB. The man has balls of steel.

Oh well he drew a cartoon, that proves he’s innocent.  Amazing logic, well done.

He didn't just do that. He openly challenged the state prosecutor to put up or shut up, & now he has shut up.

Has Bruckner been cleared?  Has he ceased being the key and only suspect?  Bruckner is just behaving like a typical psychopath in prison imo, revelling in the attention and attempting to control the narrative.
