People like this never change their ways unfortunately so a fresh start is a bit of wishful thinking. If he is ever released let's hope and pray that there are conditions associated with it and he is never allowed to leave Germany.

Surely any conditions on his release should have been made during sentencing? I don't think it's fair to start amending a prisoner's sentence just prior to their release.

Oh I see. So we should just do away with lighter sentencing & just bang people up forever after their first offence, just to be sure they can never offend again. Brueckner should be presumed guilty of future crimes in advance, just incase, going by what you're saying. It's a ridiculous concept, grossly unfair, authoritarian & unrealistic.
I didn’t say any of that but do carry on trolling if you must.

I'm bored so I must. It appears to me that in McCann supporter world there is no forgiveness, no presumption of innocence & infact, a presumption of future guilt You appear to believe Brueckner should never be allowed near members of the opposite sex again. Considering that's about 50% of the worlds population it is a totally unworkable idea. It also seems a very unfair perspective on criminal justice to me. All sentences become life sentences. No one can ever redeem themselves. What a terribly negative & miserable outlook on things. No. I believe criminals should be given a second chance in life. Shouldn't be presumed guilty in advance of anything & being the key prime only suspect in Madeleine’s disappearance, legally, should have no bearing on Brueckner's freedom come September. Unless they actually get round to charging him of course. Then they could remand him. But obviously, that's never going to happen.

Why don’t you campaign to have the sex offenders register abolished then if you feel so strongly sbout it?  Also, campaign to make all arrest, charges and convictions anonymous so that no one ever knows what’s going on, r who’s done what that way paedos can get jobs in nurseries, rapists and murderers can get jobs in schools and offices and hospitals, which would obviously be so much fairer and safer for everyone concerned.

You obviously don’t understand the parole process and the conditions that are usually applied.

I thought they'd done that already.

'He is one of the absolute top dangerous people,'Dr Riedemann said, adding in a stark warning that: 'A new victim is to be expected soon.'

It was also revealed that Brueckner scored nearly 100 per cent on a test where just over 60 per cent suggests the subject is a psychopath.

I think Spam should offer CB a room in his trolls’ hovel when he gets out, seeing as how kindly disposed he is towards the paedo / rapist.  Let the pyscho-bromance commence in earnest.

The psychiatrist was there to represent the prosecution. Of course he's going to have a biased negative opinion of Brueckner. He's never even met the man.

Don't be silly. Just because I support the predatory paedophiles right to the presumption of innocence doesn't mean I have to live with him. However, I could do with a nice campervan holiday around Europe.

Have you?

No. Which is why it would be wrong of me to just assume the worst of him based on his minor indiscretions.
