The entrance to RDP on the other side is from Newbattle road and not actually Newbattle itself.    After meeting with his girlfriend in the lane. where to go for a smoke but that woodland strip out of prying eyes. It was clearly a haunt of theirs. There is nothing in any of it bar Mitchells lies that the they were heading to Newbattle. They were within that woodland strip for a reason and it was clearly not heading to Newbattle.

Why have none of these theories been used in a possible new appeal or review in LM's case, instead he lies languishing in Shotts deemed a high risk to females and failed his parole despite other murderer's being freed after completing their tariff? Can't always blame the media/police if other murderer's are being released.

Instead, all we get on here are ridiculous theories (he didn't have a parka because they didn't find a receipt etc) or the never ending madness of JB Lean's trolling since she got ousted from the official LM campaign.

Don't worry it goes no further than a few minutes here every few days. The fact you call someone "Dr" that's never been employed in criminal justice and is a part-time van driver for the council is more of a worry.

Sandra Lean has a PhD and therefore has earned the right to be called doctor. It doesn’t matter what work she has done previously or indeed does now.

Dr Lean was a source, that’s all and until the transcripts were published the misleading nature of some of her claims was unknown. Would I rely on that source now…of course not. I move on…unlike yourself. I debunked a few weeks ago the fallacy of a ‘strong majority’ and held the source of that misinformation to account yet you still believe that there is some truth in it. Some of us most certainly never learn.
