In terms of transcripts of witness testimonies in court, there are still many more I know of that haven't been uploaded to the blog yet (for example, off the top of my head, these haven't been uploaded yet: Judith Jones; Marion O'Sullivan & her partner Derek Hamilton; John [Name removed]; Gordon & David [Name removed]; James Falconer; 3 of Luke's school teachers; David Tulloch & the other boy, who met with LM in NB Abbey College; Derek Morris of LBP technical support unit; and a few other LBP officers and other friends/school friends of LM and Jodi). However, I don't know if there are legal reasons or confidentiality reasons preventing these other transcripts from being made public (I highly doubt it) or if, for some reason, these testimonies weren't able to be transcribed for technical reasons (i.e., electronic or recording equipment being faulty during the court testimonies of these other witnesses - and thus making transcribing them impossible).

The other obstacles, of course, are time & finance. Perhaps the bloggers are simply too busy to upload the remaining witness testimony transcripts at this moment in time or just don't have the money available right now to obtain and buy them (I think they are quite expensive to obtain and buy). I am optimistic that the remaining ones will be available to read on the blog at some point in the future.

Another one to add to the list of other people whose court testimony hasn't been uploaded to the blog yet is Mr Leonard Kelly. He was the man who heard the disturbing strangling noises behind the wall/dyke as cycled past. Since, unbeknownst to him, he was the only one who heard the girl being murdered, it would be interesting to read his court testimony.

I’d be more interested in Mr Kelly’s police statements than his testimony in court. That actually goes for many of the prosecution witnesses.

Let’s count the months, shall we?

Still no updates on transcripts since April? Anyone know what's happening?
