No I'm not Anne.   The police were called.   (You seem to be missing a lot of  posts.)

I'm not suggesting abuse took place in 5a - the point being made was that there were no signs of a break-in in those other cases and so it's not unreasonable to assume a key was used to gain entrance.  Therefore the idea that there was no possibility of a key being used to get into 5A is incorrect. IMO

Amaral also thought a key could have been used to get into 5A.

Why do you and others keep ignoring that fact?

A very strong possibility a key was used to gain entrance, when you see how many had access to the keys, and where they were kept!

Every bit DCI.

Also the recent history of entry to apartments via locked front doors with no damage to the doors.

Keys were available; tis quite obvious

Good spot!

Amazing how in their so called *reconstruction* they got so much wrong! the smithmans description, the way of carrying, jane being wrong, and now this, It wasnt a reconstruction! By any means, but they let a few things out in it, ie gerry never ever physically checked on the kids, that was in part four **, and kate intimates the same, in the very beginning of the docu, ***

anyway here is gerry performing what he said in his first statement!

So any talk of them*physically checking all  the time* bit null

No evidence there for anything at all in either of those threads

Just speculation

As is the alledged abductor

No official authorities at any time has ever stated there was an abduction, ok?

In fact, they have said there is no evidence that an abduction occurred, ie the foreign office and the liecester police and of course, the PT PP
Most people think there was an abductor Red including, it seems, the portuguese AG.. and SY.

So many pointers, but I have gone thru them all before many times.

I listen to all polite views Red
So I can take it that because of your entrenched view, your views remain unaltered in any way.

tbh I expected that in the case of a few posters on here; the ones who, for some reason, prefer Madeleine dead.

Hopefully others will have thought it thru and wonder why all the pushing for the window as the only way in and out, then the rubbishing of the feasibily of the window.  I guess the [ censored word] want to prove Amarals theory for him?

Leaving the paranoia aside, no, as I said before, no official authority has stated there was any abduction. FACT.

Apart from Amaral, who was departed from his job, no official authority has said the Mccanns dunit!

And there have been plenty of official authorities that have said that there are NO grounds for prosecution
Also that The Mccanns are NOT suspects.  FACT

Therefore an Abduction is thought the cause of Madeleines disappearance
