Do you think those rogatory interviews were of any help ?
Immense help.  The PJ ones at the time were poor, but to be fair thay had little time in the early stages and were mainly only interested in the period the group were eating. The time that the abduction took place.

LP really questioned the witnesses, in depth.   And included the period of the whole holiday in fair detail and May 3rd very thoroughly.  Also some about before the holiday

The rogs are impressive in their detail, altho inevitably some things will be left out, cos that is the way of things.  Even the police are not perfect.

Yep, but you weren't the police asking.  They would get priority service

I was told in the UK you (not the police) could have an interpreter in a nutshell, even in the middle of the night. This is not true (I never thought it was). Even using the telephone takes a certain time and the credit isn't the same.
