He murdered her. Without doubt.

Why would she open the bathroom window?

There is no reason for her to do that. In Africa you just dont open windows anyway unless they have mosquito netting over them....no why would she open the window. IF it makes such a loud noise to wake him up?

NOT only that you dont open windows for security reasons. She is not a fool.

IF it was so loud to wake him up then why wouldnt it have woken her up.

Its all bullshit and made up.

He is lying.

The Rugby player was Rudie Visage, they chose not to prosecute on the basis that he'd suffered enough - not sure that was a sensible decision myself as it has muddied the waters..... who is it okay to kill? mother, daughter, wife, girlfriend? She was also driving away from the house in their car, so there was absolutely no danger to him or his family if it had been a burglar. He may not have shot to kill but IMO it was reckless. I think there should have been a conviction myself, with a suspended sentence, but it may be that murder was actually established on the evidence and if they'd have prosecuted, there would have been a mandatory sentence, so they had to not prosecute to let him go.

The other case was similar to OPs and notice OP introduced new evidence today that he thought the door started to open - just like the other case I quoted above. Big flaw there though, he says he thought the door was starting to open, if so, why did he need to bash the door down and retrieve the key from the floor inside?

This Oscar farce is becoming an undignified embarrassment.

His story falls apart because he has to say he was screaming and screaming before he fired the shots to try and tie in with what the neighbours testified they heard. But that makes it ridiculous that he was screaming in the hallway and bathroom entrance and Reeva didn't respond from the toilet literally a few feet away.

I just hope the judge doesn't swallow this boll**ks!

He is the defence witness so what can they do if he can't continue?  They can't really carry on without him at this stage.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

They can conclude without him, if he fails to testify completely, i.e. give his testimony and permit cross examination on it, then his 'self defence' test becomes what a reasonable person would have believed and how they would have acted in his circumstances and not what OP actually believed and how he did act. Much easier case for Nel then.

I noticed a few anomolies amongst the blubbering...

he said he pushed the toilet door - it opens outwards
he said he picked up Reeva's jeans to cover the LED light in bedroom - how comes these ended up on the lawn outside then?
he started to say he put his gun BY the bed and changed it to under the bed
he said he heard what he believed was the door opening - that hasn't been put forward before and not in his statements, neither has the toilet door slamming
he can remember minutiae of detail but cant remember what they were watching on tv that night or, more importantly, whether he turned the bathroom light on during the events or how long he was with Reeva after he found her, whilst crying and stuff (well he does have over 15 minutes to explain away)
he said he was yelling and screaming on the way to the bathroom with the gun yet he stopped screaming when he got there as he didn't want to give his location away - we're talking a few feet here!!
his general blame game - blames his mates for the gun incident, effectively blamed Reeva for not shutting the balcony doors etc. blames others and things for his bad behaviour in the whats app messages (speaks narcissistic to me)

My feed went down when the IPad was discussed re porngate, did OP admit to the pornsite?

The lack of questions and prompting by Roux shows that OP has rehearsed the story to the nth degree. Nothing wrong with that I guess, but when it looks this rehearsed, it lacks credibility as a true account in my experience. OP is including all the relevant points without Roux's help, e.g. saying when he has or hasn't got his prosthetics on, how many times he bashed the door etc. etc.

Looks at Masipa's face after OPs breakdown at 16.42 here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XmadaSpdQdI&list=UU8yH-uI81UUtEMDsowQyx1g she plonks her pen down and her face says it all. She adjourned immediately without consulting anyone.

She doesn't look to me like she is going to allow this situation to continue.

IMO asking OP to read out this seriously damaging message from Reeva is a cynical tactic by the defence to mitigate the impact of its introduction by the prosecution.
Very clever, but possibly not clever enough to fool the judge.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

I very much agree. I don't think she is going to be an easy pushover.

The clincher for me here is the fact that after the first shot, he allegedly did not realise it was Reeva behind the door and fired more shots. Did she not scream? She would have known it was him as he claims he shouted loudly beforehand. How could she have just sat there quietly?

Just another good point that screams guilt. I have yet to hear or read of anyone who thinks OP's story is anything but totally ridiculous. I guess this is the best he could do to explain away the murder of Reeva!
