Poulton and her boyfriend (an ex-con lotto millionaire who was planning an armed robbery at the time of his win) have been chinwagging on twitter about outing McCann supporters and the boyfriend has tweeted a picture of himself carrying a big gun to one supporter in particular - is this acceptable behaviour for a serious journalist to be involved in I wonder...? Can we imagine Summers and Swann tweeting each other in such a manner...?&%+((£

I thought I did rather a good job of bringing it back on topic.  At least I mentioned lovely Sonia in my post.

Thank you, Alfred.  Noted that at least you tried.

It might be more interesting, but I don't think we have done with Sonia yet.

Perhaps someone would start a thread on Theology.  We haven't actually done that one so far.

Anyone who thinks SP is making a video about "Sceptic" trolls and not some sort of revenge vid in Brenda's memory is in for a major disappointment.  Poulton clearly deeply dislikes the McCanns and anyone who supports them, and has done for a long time now.  She has shown a propensity to believe in conspiracies involving the government, cover-ups, etc and this case plus the death of BL is all grist to her particular mill.  She has a large number of like-minded fans following her and heaping praise upon her every utterance which fuels her ego - no way is she going to do the dirty on her fanbase.

I wonder why, Sonia dislikes them so.
Is it just a matter of believing all that BL and her chums have said?
It's not as if the McCanns, caused her death, is it?

I think it's more likely the newspapers and TV involvement (and Mitchell's), rather than the McCanns themselves. And that goes right back to May 2007. Even during the period the papers eventually paid money out for they still never really analysed the case, and columnists were not free to write what they thought.

It's a long time for contempt to build. And then Brenda dies.

She's said many times the media doesn't represent what the public thinks about the case (and Op Grange), so I don't think there's any mystery about what's motivating her.

Thanks, Lyall,

It is anything connected to the Madeleine Case, that is on the side of the parents, that seems to upset, Sonia then and not specifically the McCann family.

It should be a worth waiting for, if she can incorporate all her dislikeable persons, in it and tell the "Untold story".

I do hope that nobody gets hurt in the process of making this film, though.

SP says she has tried to publish articles in the past but couldn't get them printed, so maybe whatever was in those will be part of her script.

There's no doubt there's a ton of things that could be said, but her opponents are going to say that papers mentioning what's being said about Op Grange and the case is mob rule and they can't say a thing while there's an active investigation.

Not that they would anyway. But it's a good excuse.

While there is an active investigation going on, Sonia won't be getting many answers from anyone. Well, I wouldn't have thought it was possible with the Secrecy etc.

I agree with this wholeheartedly.
