Stuck one was one top of her head, this case a 8 and 1/2 inch facture.
Stuck two was on her right side 1 1/2 inch above the ear and was from the knob of the child size ball bat. The round shape did not break the skin but did create a hole in the skull.
Both blows to the head happen at or just before time of death and the damage area did not bleed as the was tied tight with cord.

JonBenet went through hell that long night.

No child should go through this.

We will find this person.

Some believe that this could have happen by looking at crime scene photos.

Outer experts say not true when looking at the same photos.

Her doctor said this did not happen and he would know. He seen here many times a year.

John and Patsy said no as well.

We believe here that it did not happen. Old time was that night when the killer took a 12 inch paint stick out of the left side of a paint tot and break it into three pieces. He that put the brush end back neatly into the paint tot and use the out end with is all so 3 and 1/2 inch long and force it into JonBenet cause damage to that area. This cause here to bleed and they found wood fibers that match the stick.

The middle section was use as a handle and was the same size as the Sharpie marker use to print the ransom note. The side fit the killer hands as he is use to.

The killer turn the white cord around the stick that was 1/2 in dia. many time like nine times.
The cord end was from the end of the row and had the end melted so it would not come apart. JonBenet hair was tied in to the rap and knot. This mean it was no prettied but made close to JonBenet neck as she lad flat on here bed. This may be why she could not scream to let her family know she was in trouble. The blankets were pull down to the end of her bed with he pillow. She was then taken down the back stairs and green foil was transfer to the hair from the handrails.

Boulder police work very hard on this idea. If it happen they would find it. Every one was interview. There was no molesting before the crime. Only the killer did this to JonBenet with the 3 and 1/2 inch broken end of a paint stick. Wood fiber match the paint stick found in the paint tot in the basement hall wall.

The killer was leaving us a clue.

The blue suitcase had a child book in it and a bed cover. Fiber match these fiber. The suitcase was the older son case and was stored there at the bottom of the stairs not in the train room, The killer may have intertain JonBenet with a book the long night.

The suitcase was missing the handle and this would make it not useable the carrie down the street.

Was this used in the crime, It was a long night, most likely.

The blue suitcase could be used like the metal room and the wine cellar, a place to hide JonBenet so he could complete this crime.
Staying in the basement of the house with JonBenet, they could not be seen or the crime is off.

The case facts has shown us that the killer had look for places to hide Jobent, this suitcase would be one item on the list.

Patsy and JonBenet took art classes at U of B together.
Patsy and JonBenet had a make shift art room in the Butler Kitchen and supplies move to basement just before the Christmas party.
The painting area is in full view by neightboors and any one cutting through the side yard. The butler door was found open the early morning.

JonBenet Just started taking rock climbing classes at six years old. Who impress her on rock climbing as a new hobby?

Did the killer meet Patsy and JonBenet at one of these places.
Was the killer a art instructor or at a art show?

The killer is good at putting thing back or placing items in a place to frame the family.

Enter the home, no brake in signs.
Went through the house for hours and left no signs he was there.
Use a note pad from the back hall and spent 30 minutes to print it with his water base Sharpie marker and place it in the family orange pen can by the back phone.
Uses the middle of the note pad and dog ears page one to find it fast to place it at the back step just before he get JonBenet. This keep the Ransom note clean and flat. His art background.
Take Jonbenet out of her bed and carefully slide her blanket back neatly.
Only her older brother heard some voice in the distance that night about midnight he told police.
The killer got lock in a metal frame room in the basement and neatly pried the lock door open.
May have open the blue suitcase, took out item and place them beck.
Took off JonBenet Close and carfully redress her and covered her with a white blanket like a tuck in papous.
Left out the home quickly with out any damage, just the pantry door left open.
Carefully place the ransom on the back steps.
Clean up most traces of him being there for many hours.

The killer travels on Foot Bike and Bus. A bike track was found it the snow in the front yard.
The plan was never to take JonBenet from the house because of his light travel. As soon as a killer has a body, his way of thinking is to get ridge of it as soon as possible, That is the number one ting to do. This case the child is in here own house.
Let take jonBenet in a blue suitcase with no handle from the basement on foot, bike and bus, That would be notice.
Lets hide here down the street, if she if found before the ransom money, the crime failed.
The police would track the trail more times right to he body, he printed in the ransom note he knows how police work.
So for this simple crime to work on foot, he must convince the family that JonBenet was take from the house, His choice of communication was a safe was for him on foot, a ransom note. he can use his cell phone or one down the street because he know it would ID him. The house phone would not.
The killer has one chance to do this so he prints the note, adding many time he will kill JonBenet if his instruction in not followed to the letter.
This is because JonBenet will be hidden in the house for this to work and he travel safety on foot. The crime depend on how well he write the ransom note and to stay hidden in the basement. He must also monitor the family and the house so he can stay in control of this crime. He will be in the house.
He will use the basement phone by using the call back added phone number. Placing the call from the basement phone at 8 to 10 am as printed in the note. The banks open at this time and this will be the best time to have John leave the house so other don't get involve. He can control the crime by knowing where every one is from the basement.
JonBenet was never to leave the house.
The note was printed before they came home. We know by samples that it would take 30 minutes to print this note. He had time on his hands when this was printed, not after a killing. All experts say a killer and not think well or write right after a killing. The note was calmly
written before the crime. No staging here.
The crime was going well in till the most importance part of the plan did not goes as plan and the killer will have no options. The 911 call to police, he would know he has seven minutes to leave the house before they arrive.
This was so importance to him that the killer printed this many times in the note, She Dies if they don't follow the instruction to the letter. The 911 call is place and hi preplan travel now has failed, so he is very mad and hits JonBenet two time in the head after pulling the cord tite.
All experts know the blows to the head came last.
He exit up the basement stairs as he has been monitoring the family for their location form the basement. Turns right and down a few step to the Butler service door that led to a dark side yard. Turn left, and walk down the property lint to the back alley way. The back 15 foot wade street is 610 feet long and has many ways to excape.id seen. The street is tree line and has many pine trees. No street lights.
Boulder police would not use police tracking dogs at the time.? On foot, why not?
There were air and ground tracking dogs for this search, but they would not use them.
Poor job Boulder Police.
Its like some one does not want this case to be solved. Who is in charge of this case?
Start there.

Jonbenet was hit in the head two times after the cord was pulled tight.
The killer, if this was the first time he did this to someone, he would hear the sound as a egg shell breaking. This is what he will relive over and over again. Killer relive their crimes.

We know this by many interviews with other killers that did this.

The child 28 inch black bat matches the damage to the head. The second blow was just above the right ear by 1 1/2 inch and did not break the skin because the round shape of the knob end of the bat.
It crush the skull but did not break the skin. They did not know of this damage in till the skin was lifted back.

The killer would use this bat as a weapon if needed.

A neighbor heard metal rubbing against concrete some time before day light.

The exit door closes to the basement steps is the butler side door. It was found open and in a unlock state. The killer exited the house from the basement, this would be the door. Its out of view from the rest of the house. If he slid the bat just out side the door. this would make the sound the neighbor heard. Metal rubbing on concrete The killer may no want to be caring a black child bat down the street late night.

The police find and check this bat and find fibers that match the carpet in the basement next to were JonBenet was strangle.

The bat was not ID as the family bat.

The ransom note had what is called a dog ear at the bottom left side of page one.

A person does this in a book to easily fine a spot that is importance to the reader.

The killer three page note was in the middle of a clean 8 x 11 white paper not pad, It would be easy to see the water base black Sharpie ink some say.

The killer prints the three page note form the middle of the pad , pager 27 28 29. this id flat like new paper but when the pad is closed, the note had a place to keep the note by the back stairs for safe keeping into the time of placement.

No folds, DNA transfer if put in hi pocket, will not be drop and lost.
What is the chance the family would open the closed pad that night and find the pre written note. Very slim. Safe.

Now why the dog ear on the first page, the killer knows at night a flash lite may be seen by neighbors or some one in the house, He is right, The neighbor to the north seen what he thought was light coming from the kitchen that he never seen before. This late night light was noted in the police report.

The killer preplan the crime, dog earing the page will make it easy to find in the dark, to place on the back steps and the note pad was just next to these back step anyway. Not out of place.

You may zoom in to page one and see for your self the 1/2 fold we call a dog leg on page one bottom left side.

All so look for a marker change on page three. the mark ink is 50% wider that page one and two, two markers used.
Note there was three mark found in the orange can under the kitchen phone by police.

The water base out of production marker was match to the note and the age of the like new marker was made before the Ramsey move to boulder.

The police said it was Patsy marker, I ask John if it was Patsy marker and he said "How did they come up with that" so I ask if the marker had her name on it, He said "No. It did not" I then ask if the orange can full of pen was use by every one by the kitchen phone and he said yes.

Then how can Boulder police think this was Patsy marker? Now you know why this is a unsolved case.

I don't understand Boulder police thinking.

Dog ear page one, easy to locate pages in the dark, well planed by the killer.

I asked John Ramsey this year if he locked every door and window in the 6,700 square foot house. He said NO.
"We live in a safe neighborhood and the crime rate here is very low"

Like most of us in geed area we do not lock all widow and door in our houses.

One door and six window were found unlock by police at ground level.
There were two doors on the second level and one door on the third level.

Wires ran through windows the was unlock as well.

The train room basement window was found unlock and ajar by John that morning on the 26th.

He note in the file he was lock out and use this window to enter the last summer. the Mark on the wall most likely was from hi shoes as he slid in feet first. The glass was clean up but window had not been repaired. One a few small shard of glass were found near that window, it was not a fresh break.
In till I seen the 12:00 am video that day, I included this as a entry point and now is very low on the list because the webs in the bottom left corner. and other information that has been noted.

The back kitchen door had shown fresh damage to the door jam and a mission lock plate was gone. This is a very importance item.
With out this metal plate, any one could use a card and open the side door with any damage. the level the lock the door from this will not work. Any one could enter here.

John put a garage door opener under the back BBQ weeks before the crime in case they for get there keys, then any one of them or their could just push the button and enter the home with out a key. Many knew this fact. A neighbor may have seen this.

The play room door was unlock on the second level. the kids took there remote cars out on the tile roof desk that Christmas. Why lock a door on the second level in a safe town.

The pine tree next to this deck was cut down the next summer and was noted that cut marks were found going up the trunk to the second level deck top. Easy way in.
Profile
Rock Climber Train in ropes and climbing, easy way in.

The Butler door was found open.

The neighborhood kids played and went home just before leaving for the Christmas dinner, John said no one check all of the doors and windows and just would not in the town. Life stile.

They never lock the door inside the garage because they use the door openers in the cars, The older sun had a opener in his car just down the street that would work to get in. He was out of state at the time but his car was not.

I do not understand Boulder Police thinking.

The 12 paint brush was broken at two ends, the brush end was return to the paint tote.
The 5 inch middle portion was use to chock JonBenet and the 3 1/2 inch tip was used on JonBenet. Fiber that match the wood was found it side JonBenet and next to the side of the paint tote.

The killer had a choice of two ends Rounded or the jagged end with wood fibers that were match the stick. The tip end was never found at the crime scene.

A neighbor herd a child screem late that night and the scream quickly stop just kile some one choke JonBenet from screaming.
The file shows us that JonBenet was choke many time that night.

Profile:
Carefully placing the broke brush end back in the paint tote tell us that the paint brush is importance to the killer. Just like he may have a art back ground. The brush end was also 3 1/2 inches long.

The white tent cord was tied dead center to the center stick that was 1/2 in Dia.
This show us he is good with his hands and eyes list a artist.

Any child could be involved with Sexual abuse. Its very common.
To say that the parent was involved would be far from the truth.
It was check into closely by the Boulder police. Nothing found, end of story.
The killer was the one who did this to JonBenet.
The parent protected their family very well.

I believe the parent,"They would give their life for their children".
