The silver spoon:

In the kitchen eating area was a glass table with place matts. On the table was a white bowl of fresh cut pineapple with a real silver spoon place in the fresh pineapple. Now every one knows the silver will tarish if use with pineapple. It will damage the finshh of the silver. the family knows this and would not do this. This is a nother clue left by the killer.
The spoon was a serving size spoon, to big to use as a child spoon. The spoon was a gift to the parents and this silver spoon was stored next to the back stairs in a china cabnet.
The spoon was part of a colection of silver. The killer went into this area and open the box and took out the large size siver spoon and place it into the bowl.
The china cabnet can be seen from the South side property line through the glass window in the kitchen hall way service door. We call this location a "place of interest"
The killer knew where this spoon was kept.

A used tea bag was found in a drinking cup next to the bowl of pineapple.
More clue left by the killer.

The South East side of the house had a single lamp post. The light was turn on every night.
The neighbor said in a police interview, that night of the crime, this light was not working.
Lets look at what this light would do if the light was disable for this crime.
The lamp post was at the corner of the sun room. The sun room had lots of glass windows and a glass service door. the lamp would shine though the glass into this room and light it up nice a bright. If you sat in this sun room at night, every one could see you setting there at night.
The Boulder police found this light disable that morning and it was so importance that it was taken away as part of the crime scene.
The killer disable the lamp post and uses this room to monitor the property intill the family come home. This would be a good place to print the two and 1/2 page ransom note.
out testing shows it took the killer between 20 to 30 minutes to print this note. he could monitor the property and write the ransom note in this sun room. Remember, Monitoring is very importance to him.
From this room with the lamp post disable, the tree light would give hi light to print the note and not be see.
From this sun room, he could see the drive way through the house and out the windoe above the basement window well.
He could see up and down the street and has a quick exit if needed because there is a service door in this sun room. What a good choice by the killer.
As he prints the ransom note, he may look down at the sun room floor time to time. This may have given him the idea to what is under this part of the house. Jonbenet was found covered with two white blankets on top of the cold concrete floor.
This room was install out side the main home and would be sound prof to the rest of the house.

Did the killer place a call to the Ramsey's house at 10:00 am?
I ask John this question and he said at around 10:00 am a call came in to the home phone and no one one the line said any thing. After a few seconds, the caller hang up.
The question is, was this the killer of JonBenet?
Did he do as he printed in the Ransom note?
Remember, the profile predict that he travel on foot, bike and bus.

Phone calls:

On the 26Th, many phone calls came into the Ramsey's home. I ask John if any calls came in that no one talk. He said that around 10:00 a m a caller made a call to the home phone and did not say any thing. Then the phone line went dead.
Was this a call from the killer?
The Ransom Note printed that a call would be place between 8 and 10 am for instructions.
If the killer was monitoring the house, he new JonBenet may have been found in the basement. Any one looking for a child would find her right away. But this did not happen.
As you step down the basement steps and turn right, the white color wine cellar door in full view will be in plan site. Why did the many people in the basement that morning not find JonBenet?
Questions about was the basement lights on that morning were never confirm.
The basement light most likely was turn on by the killer and at the time of the 911 call to police, the killer would have a need to quickly exit the house. Up the basement stairs and a right turn to the Butler service door to the side yard to the dark alleyway.
The light switch was to the left and there was two light switches, one for the basement and one for the butler hall way lights.
The question is, would the killer take time to turn off the basement light with a fast exit?
Would Turing off this basement light become importance to him on his way out right after the 911 call was place?
Would he know what light switch to turn off?
If he turn the other light switch on, the house light will flash and the family would notice.
Remember, the light switch to the basement was four feet out side the basement door. Most basement light switches and inside the door at the top of the steps.
A neighbor seen light flash that night in this same area. Was the killer trying to turn on the basement lights and flash the Butler hall way light that the neighboor seen?
There were so many clues left by the killer that night.
What was Boulder police thinking?

In December 2003, Lab testing with forensic lab investigators extracted enough material from a mixed blood sample found on JonBenét's underwear to establish a DNA profile.
The DNA belongs to an unknown male. Case fact. The DNA was submitted to the FBI's Combined DNA Index System (CODIS), a database containing more than 1.6 million DNA profiles, mainly from convicted felons.
The sample has yet to find a match in the database in 2014, although it continues to be checked for partial matches on a weekly basis, as are all unmatched samples.
Later lab investigations also discovered that there were more than 100 burglaries in the Ramsey's' neighborhood in the months before JonBenét's murder, and that 38 registered sex offenders were living within a two-mile (3 km) radius of the Ramsey's' home.

(1) There was no physical evidence linking John and Patsy to the homicide, and physical evidence found near JonBenét's body suggested the presence of an unidentified person in the Ramsey home.

(2) There was no plausible motive for the Ramseys to kill their daughter. Douglas regarded the bed-wetting hypothesis as so unprecedented as to verge on absurdity and furthermore inconsistent with Patsy's established behavior.

(3) There was no evidence of physical abuse, neglect, sexual molestation, or serious personality disorders in the Ramsey household prior to the murder, some combination of which are associated with most cases of children killed by parents.

(4) The behavior of John and Patsy Ramsey after the crime was consistent with the parents of other murdered children, and was inconsistent with known cases of parents who killed their children.

Autopsy Findings :

Time Recorded in Autopsy Report. The autopsy report states Death D/T: 12/26/96 @1323, but this obviously is the time the body was actually found rather than a true time of death.

"Contrary to several media reports over the past few days, the autopsy report on JonBenet Ramsey does not and has never contained information on the estimated time of death. I have not been able to determine the original source of the statement that the report contained the estimated time of death, but it certainly did not come from this office.

The time of an "unwitnessed" death is very difficult to determine with any precision, and at best is an estimate based not only on autopsy findings but also on investigative information. I consider estimation of time of death to be an interpretive finding rather than a factual statement, and it is not this Office's practice to include this estimate as part of any autopsy report.

As has been stated in the past, it would also be inappropriate for me, as a potential expert and material witness, to make interpretive statements prior to testifying in court." John E. Meyer, M.D., Boulder County Coroner.

At around 5:00 p m a neighboor seen a male walk on the sidewalk and turn at the property line North side and walk up to the side yard. What was located on the property side yard?
There was a small glass basement window, then two glass windows with a glass service door. This door was found in a open condition that next morning by the experts, the Boulder police.
Remember, this Butler door was open and unlock that next morning.
There was a nother service door located on the South side of the house. This service door is connected to the back hall way and next to the kitchen. This door was said to be close and lock that morning, But, there is a problem. Boulder police said to the public that there was no signs of damage so a killer could not enter the home. This door was freshly painted and the metal lock strike plate was never installed after the wood jam was painted. the striker plate keep the door from opening or if some one tries to take a card and open the lock door. The plate was not installed and the safety pin would not work. so any one could enter the home from this door with out a key, just use a card. Push it between the door and frame and you are in with out any damage.
What was Boulder police thinking?
Official case files, there was six windows and on door found open and unlock at ground level, again, what was Boulder police thinking?

The killer enter the house around 5:00 pm Christmas day after the family wet to the Christmas party. It was cold out that night and the killer went into kitchen and made him self a hot tea.

The question is:

Did he heat up the hot water with the uses of the stove top or the microwave?

Fibers were found on one of these items.

A pineapple treat was also included in this crime.
The killer pulled he handle of a kitchen walk in fridge.
It was had to pull for a child.
He left his DNA and the oils from his prints.
The inside surface is hard to see.

In the morning, John open the door to the fridge and damage the prints. He was looking for JonBenet.

Next to the BBQ and the basement window was a tall pine tree. If the killer was to climb this easy to climb tree, he would find him self at the second level deck. The children's played out there Christams day.
Just inside the double glass doors was the play room, the children would go in and out to this upper deck to play.
Cut marks were found in this pine tree. These marks was special cut that could match a tool call a Ice Axe.
The tree was removed latter that year in 1997.
The killer could have climb up this tree and enter the unlock play room door.

JonBenet bedroom was just step to the left of the room.

Christmas Wreath Cake;

Christmas wreaths were part of the Ramsey's home.
That said, the Christmas dinner that the family went to each year for about three years, had what we call a Christmas Wreath Cake. The children's enjoy this treat.

Ingredients:

Original recipe makes 1 tube cake

1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup red and green candied cherries
3/4 cup dates, pitted and chopped
3/4 cup candied pineapple, diced
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup flaked coconut
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
4 eggs
2 teaspoons lemon juice

The experts say that the 3/4 cup candied pineapple, diced may show up inside JonBenet body after the party.

Remember, 3/4 cup candied pineapple, diced per cake.

Mistakes are made from time to time.

That said, even today we need to inform the police and crime labs of their mistakes.
I informed John today that Colorado Bureau of Investigation has JonBenet listed on their web site, good work CBI. I all so e mail CBI that the information on their web site had a mistake.
The information at the bottom of JonBenet page had the date type wrong. This can happen from time to time.
Boulder police did this many times.
The type mistake is the date: Listed as December 26, 1997 and their listing above this one was the true date of December 26, 1996.

As a lab, we must pay attention to the smalls of details.
