The ransom note had no good fingerprints when check by Boulder police. On fresh prints, this powder will work.

A blue light was used on JonBenet bed, and on her self too.

A light in our lab:

The only snow on the Ramsey's property was in the front yard. No snow on any side walks. Here is how we photo and cast a foot impression.

For this winter.

 Impression evidence found in snow or ice presents a unique set of difficulties for recovery. Due to the fact that most gypsum-based casting materials generate heat during the curing process, it is necessary to provide an insulating medium. Spray Snow Impression Wax into the impression to prepare the surface for casting. This locks the impression detail to avoid melting when the casting medium is applied. It is supplied in a 15 oz. (425g) aerosol can.

We have smaller UV light too.
Our new light:

 A wide beam of 365nm UV light is useful to scan large areas for evidence at the crime scene. Evidence such as fibers, bone fragments, physiological fluids, and others can fluoresce in the presence of UV light, uncovering what was hidden without it.

Jonbenet had duct tape place on her mouth after she was dead. Many time fingerprints can be found on the sticky side of the tape. We used this product to unstick the tape for testing.

JonBenet Ramsey had Black duct tape place over her mouth after time of death.

 We use UN-DU to undo duct tape so we can process it for finger prints. It will unstick the duct tap with out damage.

Super glue work well at the crime scene and here in our lab.

We added one more of these units.

 Now it’s possible to glue-fume large and unwieldy items such as wrinkled plastic bags and the like. In the past, cyanoacrylate-chamber-fuming necessitated that such items be completely unfolded to a flat state. Even then, over and under fuming was a very real possibility. Some portions might have been over-fumed while other portions might not have been fumed adequately. Latent fingerprints fumed within a vacuum have been found to collect glue deposits on the fingerprint ridge structures in a far more even manner than non-vacuum-fumed items. Over-fuming is, for the most part, a thing of the past. In addition, in a vacuum, the glue is distributed far more evenly throughout the chamber. Because of this, the fumes readily travel around corners and in and out of recesses of the item(s) being processed. In other words, it is possible to achieve well-distributed fingerprint development throughout the inside of a vacuum chamber. The SIRCHIE® No. VAC150 is a state-of-the-art vacuum chamber designed and built specifically for the fuming of crime scene objects of various shapes and sizes. The chamber interior is a generous 16" long with a 10" diameter. The heavy, 0.365" aluminum walls ensure structural integrity while being used. It features a heavy-duty, diaphragm-type pump controlled by a precision vacuum switch. The operation and use of the VAC150 is both straightforward and simple. This product that cost $300.00 per gal. may help solve the Jonbent Ramsey case. We will test some items of interest this year. I hope we will solve this case.

If Boulder police tested for dust, they could of solve this case with the use of the police dogs.

Electrostatic Fingerprinting / Dustprint Lifter.

 PROCEDURE OF APPLICATION1. Place the lifting film over the surface
 bearing the dust impression.
 2. Place the grounding device adjacent
 to the lifting film.
 3. Charge the lifting film with the charger
 unit.
 4. The dust impression is transferred to
 the lifting film by the electrostatic
 charges.
 5. Carefully remove the lifting film
 from the surface.
 6. View the lifted result using
 white oblique light.
 7. Photograph opaque lifting films using
 white oblique light.
 8. Photograph transparent lifting films
 using transmitted light or darkfield
 lighting methods.
