Hi guys,
found this website as you kindly posted it on my son's website. Andrew was killed in 2003 by a group of people in Liverpool, following a night out with family and friends. Even though we know who killed him, they have never been brought to justice.

I am sure you have been asked this many times Andy but why have they never been brought to account even though you know their names?

From memory it was because none of the arrested would cooperate with the police or coroner which is why I can't nderstand why joint enterprise wasn't brought into play.
