Mike Teskowski wants yet another police investigation

Good ole boy and model citizen (apart from his burglary career) Mike Teskowski from Leeds wants yet another police investigation into the Jeremy Bamber murders so that he can waste yet more public funds on this fiasco.

If granted that would mean that there would be no less than FOUR police investigations into the case and two appeals all of which concluded that the police cocked up to begin with but that Bamber was still guilty. A fourth investigation is not going to turn up anything that has not already been discovered.  We know all the relevant facts in the case, we know what events went on at the farmhouse that morning one day in August 1985, we know how the police conducted their investigation, we know how they were given a bum steer by Bamber to begin with, we know how and when the family were butchered, we know why they were killed and we know how Bamber did it.

The result of the Judicial Review should be heard in the coming weeks so lets hope the victims have their justice at last and see Bamber kept where he belongs.

This is what I genuinely don't understand. Mike has described, in great detail, a crucial image he has of Sheila. Bob told him, in terms that even I could understand, how to access it. If I was Mike, I think I'd get a copy of that image to David James Smith, who actually managed to interview JB for the Sunday Times.

There are photograph's but they don't show what Tesko claims.  All it amounts to is sensationalism aimed at stimulating debate.

But we all know you do understand perfectly Shona The Wise! Z is utter pathetic Tesco fiction as is the phantom photograph. Remember the lying old porn pervert supposedly went with Z to deliver the said photograph to the CCRC: Therefore hard copies do exisit (pahh) so being lost on a hard drive is pure drivel!

I would be interested in Buddy's honest thoughts of Z and the magic photo? Roach to his mild shame would never actually say Tesko is being 'economical with the truth'! What do you think Buddy?

If you have read my thoughts on Z Tim you will see what I think. For clarity, and so no one is under any delusion I do not believe in Z, Ali Bongo, or of the photo of Sheila on the bed.
This does mean that Sheila was not photographed on the bed, but Mike does not have it. It may be part of the with held evidence I do not know.
One thing I am certain of however is until all the with held material is released there will never be a conclusion in this case.
Don't get me wrong here I have no desire to see the twins with there brains blown out, and understand why this may have been kept from viewing and rightly so.
I have often criticised some of Mikes posts as far fetched, but remain unconvinced that Jeremy was the killer.
There were afterall other interested parties.
I still think this was not a one person crime, but I am UNWILLING to suggest another person at this time.
There were a lot of people that disliked Ralph, but I do not think Sheila was one of them.
Make of this what you will, and I urge you to look deeper into this terrible crime.

There is not one shred of evidence to suggest that anyone else was involved in the crime, this is agreed by both defence and prosecution.  There is not one shred of evidence to suggest that a Police officer shot Shelia. 

If Jeremy was not involved and it wasn't Shelia, then what a coincidence that someone chose to kill the family on the very night that 'shelia had gone berserk with one of the guns'!

I don't know what evidence you are reading buddy but the facts in the case are very clear.  Jeremy said his father told him that Sheila was the shooter. The forensics are very clear in that Sheila was never downstairs during or after the assault on Nevill, never handled any rifle, never loaded any rifle, never fired any rifle and could not have shot herself twice.  Now you answer me...did Nevill lie or is Jeremy the liar and the whole telephone call from dad episode was a fabrication?

Because if it is then Jeremy was involved in the murders and it matters little whether he pulled the trigger or not.


The other issue about an accomplice is interesting.  One guy actually admitted to his associates that he did it. Now why would anyone do that?

I agree that there is not one hard piece of evidence to link Jeremy to the murders.  However, as I previously stated, it is common ground that the person responsible was either Shelia or Jeremy.  I find the suggestion that Shelia did it, totally unbelievable.  I would be interested to hear your opinion.
