I've obviously not read the same facts as you!  I am more than willing to alter my stance of Jeremy being guilty as charged, if you are able to point me to the facts that prove otherwise.  Your reluctance to discuss this, confuses me.  Surely you're not just here to talk about your testicles!

I am quite sure most of you have studied the case for ages like I have and gone into just about every little detail.  I must admit I can dig too deep at times until I can get an answer.   That said, the case is relatively straight forward and I have seen nothing which raises any doubts for me that Jeremy was indeed involved.  Whether he had help in some way is another issue which may never be determined.

Quite frankly anyone bringing a Third Party into the question (except for hitman or accomplice working with Jeremy) is barking up the wrong tree. The idea that someone with a grudge against Sheila or Neville committed the murders as some kind of retribution for a perceived slight, and was willing to murder two young boys, and just happened to wait until the entire family just happened to be staying in the house is frankly laughable. The fact that it was either Jeremy or Sheila is one of the only things about the case the defence and prosecution agree with.

I read a couple of posts over there today, but I really can't be a*sed anymore... also, by reading over there, I feel I am somehow contributing to the depravity. Now I think it's being promulgated by Mr Tesko that Sheila and her mother both shot eachother! So, who do we think shot who first? Did June shoot Sheila after she was shot between the eyes, or did Sheila shoot June before she was shot in the neck? and they all seem to be lapping it up. Shows a total absence of any respect for the dead, or in fact any common decency whatsoever.

I hope this doesn't sound like I am making light of this, but does anyone remember the US comedy 'Soap'? ....where at the beginning of each episode, the viewer was treated to a recap of all the completely ludicrous far fetched storylines, in an attempt to keep them up to speed with the ridiculousness of it all....... The Blue forum is a bit like that - "confused? You will be". I guess if you have never seen the show, this comment will be completely lost on you (showing my age now!).

I really agree with this, it feels very wrong to read Mike's posts at the moment. He's so desperate for JB to be innocent (God only knows why) that he'll write anything. To now say that June's responsible, when the bed clearly shows how the poor woman was shot lying down, then sat up and looked around for Ralph, is pitiful.

Some of them may be regarded as " nice " people but in my book reviling the memory of innocent victims of a ruthless, self centred monster is evil . And mad. And shows a complete inability to understand the simple logic in this case. Every time I look at the blue forum I get a sense of deja view. Same rubbish repeated time and again.

That is exactly why we will continue to rubbish their crazy theories until the courts bring this to a conclusion, one way or another.

I would like it noted that in my 10,000 or so posts on these forums I have never treated Tesko with anything other than the contempt he deserves.

I was delighted to read that Buddy unequivocally states he does not believe Z or the phantom photo exists. Thank's for being straight and honest Buddy. That was my problem with Roch when he posted here; he would never quite state the truth of what he believed because he was scared of offending Mike.

We can address the impossible (IMHO) third party scenarios Buddy and both John and Shona will agree with that theory to some degree. I just want to thank Buddy for being straight and honest. Doesn't often happen with Tesko members!
