Look, I'm not being nasty for the sake of it. I'm just stating the facts.

It is mostly women who believe the McCanns. Believing the McCanns is incredibly gullible, & trusting the police over evidence, because you haven't even bothered to read the files, is an incredibly stupid thing to do.

So, Stupid gullible women believe the McCanns.

Self evidently not, Eleanor. Because she doesn't even know what time Matt gave, as written within the files.

No. There's no point addressing any of the hypothetical issues you raised. All that matters is evidence.

There is evidence the alarm was raised before 10pm.

Evidence Gerry suggested they all split up & search to see if Maddie had wandered off (even though Gerry had seen the window & knew that was her only means of escape)

And evidence Gerry was seen by the Smiths, carrying a stiff Maddie.

All this evidence is contained within the files, that McCann supporters haven't bothered reading. But of course, they don't actually need to, because Wolters said so, & Redwood mumbled something about criminal acts by strangers.

Meanwhile, the only court that ever passed judgement on the McCanns innocence or otherwise was the Supreme Court in Portugal, that found the archiving dispatch was neither evidence of innocence or amounted to the McCanns being cleared. In a ruling later upheld by the ECHR.

They didn't look at their watches. They came up with an estimate. Matt believed the alarm was raised prior to 10pm.
Which Matt went along with when writing the timeline.  If he wasn?t wearing a watch why do you set such store by his opinion?

I don't need to tell you if you already read the statements & rogs.
You do need to tell me - copy and paste the relevant section please.

You are a gullible moron. You ignore evidence & blindly trust the Police. That is rank gullibility.
Right - so when the Met say the McCanns are no longer police suspects and they think she was taken by a stranger do you think they are lying about what they truly think?

There is evidence also that Gerry was at the table at the same time the Smiths saw the man pass them.  Gerry was not seen by the Smiths, the length of time between the sighting and 2 out of 9 of them coming to this conclusion (4 months) makes their statement absolutely unreliable and not worth the paper it?s written on.

VS has read the statements dozens of times apparently. Yet, she doesn't know what time Matt said the alarm was raised.

I suppose it's not worth looking at the fine details really. Just trust the McCanns & the police. Stupid woman logic.
From Matthew Oldfield?s statement given the day after the disappearance when events were freshest in everyone?s minds:

At around 10pm, Kate, Madeleine's mother, went to her apartment to check on her children

So what time did he say the alarm was raised Spam?

She was dead before they left for dinner. He didn't find her dead at 9pm. You'll never believe anything other than you're told by the police, because you are a stupid gullible woman.

You can think I'm a stupid gullible woman if it makes you happy.  I think logically.  The McCann's left for dinner and behaved in a normal way chatting to their friends and eating their food.  If they had left a dead Madeleine in their apartment do you honestly believe they would do that?  All you are doing is trying to invent a scenario that would fit in with your ridiculous theory.

I can?t find anybody on the internet, male or female who is dumb enough to believe that the McCanns raised the alarm and then minutes later paraded her dead body through town, not even on this forum, well apart from you that is.

Nor did it say it was evidence of guilt, but what the archiving report very clearly stated was that the man seen by the Smiths could not have been Gerry as he was sat at the table in the Tapas restaurant at the time.  Slam, and indeed, dunk.
