Gerry claimed Kate left at 10:03pm (without looking at his watch) & was in the apartment for 10 mins.
So according to Gerry, alarm at 10:13pm. Your original claim that the guests all gave 10pm is false.
No the original claim by the Tapas group was consistent - they got together when the events were fresh in their minds and all agreed that the alarm was raised at 10pm.  So my claim is not false thank you.

Did they each independently look at their watches the moment Kate came screaming? Yes/No?

No she couldn't. The rear stairs were blocked by the child gate which was locked with a child lock & which Kate & Gerry said Maddie couldn't have opened herself. Her only means of escape was via the window.
They wouldn't have known for sure that the last person through the gat had closed it, or if indeed a stranger had come through the gate and walked off with her.  EVERYONE who knew about the disappearance went out looking for the child on the streets of PdL that night, not just Gerry.  I suppose you believe they were all morons.

I doubt it, but you seem to believe Gerry and Matt both had watches and checked theirs at critical points in the evening so I guess it's possible.

The gate was closed & locked when Kate entered. Maddies only means of escape was via the window, which Kate has stated it would have been impossible for Maddie to have opened.

No. It doesn't tally with the sighting of Gerry. Matts evidence or Russell's half eaten steak.
Does this mean you agree that witnesses can get their facts wrong?  Unless their name is Smith of course, and they're giving their evidence weeks and months later, which obviously makes it far more reliable.  LOL.

So they came up with an estimate?

Why don't you trust Gerry? He said the alarm was raised at 10:13pm

OK, fair point, but that doesn't mean that she couldn't have been taken and was still in the close environs either being taken away or having been abandoned.  Are you suggesting that in such circumstances it was wrong for everyone - family, friends, holidaymakers, staff, police -  to go out looking for her that evening?

Gerry suggesting they split up & search to see if she just wandered off is completely at odds with his own evidence. His evidence & Kates being that Maddies only means of escape was via the window.

He didn't actually say "10.13pm" and he was clearly mistaken, just like the guy at the Tapas restaurant was wrong about the time the alarm was raised.  There is no way Kate spent 10 whole minutes in the apartment looking for Madeleine.  He obviously either used "10 minutes" meaning a few minutes or whoever transcribed the notes from English to Portuguese and back again misheard, or misread a 0 for a 3.  Plenty of scope for errors.

So, if you think your child has been removed by a stranger via the window you're not going to run out and look for your child in the vicinity?  You didn't answer my question - was everyone including the police wrong to mount a search for the child in the vicinity, if so why?

In what universe is a father frantically searching for his missing child evidence of guilt on his part?

I've spelt out what I think - that he wad either mistaken or whoever took / translated the notes was mistaken.  I don't immediately distrust a person who makes a mistake, that would be absurd.  I trust Gerry inasmuch as I don't think he had any hand in his daughter's disappearance, yes.
