Who on this forum has actually physically searched for Madeleine ?

SY have said it is going to be updated when Madeleine is 13 next May.

The difficulty with SY is that being cops they want a collar thus why the stingy reward on offer is for information which would lead to a prosecution.  Nothing at all from anyone for Madeleine's safe return!  Frankly, I find that situation to be quite appalling!

I wouldn't be able to identify Madeleine at this stage of the proceedings, and would be very surprised if anyone else could, even her family members. If she's alive she's either well hidden or completely integrated in another family with nothing to arouse anyone's suspicions.

I have to agree because if she is alive and has been integrated into some community somewhere you can be damn sure her appearance will have been altered significantly.  In all honesty however I find this a forlorn hope.

Yes, the McCann's felt alone during the night after Madeleine went missing,   they should have left a police officer with them.

I doubt if the McCann's would have been alone as much as Madeleine was,   they were fearful for her and out of their minds with worry as any parents would be,  so don't know why you chose to post that.

What do you mean they were treated as they deserved to be treated?    They were responsible for their actions, why do you think Kate was crying 'we've let her down' they don't need anyone to tell them they should be responsible for their actions.    They also know that Madeleine is the victim,  so why you chose to say that I don't know.

I was replying to the title of this thread,   I have never seen a quote by the McCann's saying there wasn't an extensive search for Madeleine by the Portuguese Police.    You are going off topic.

i could say you take  this sympathy for the mccs too far...they are adults yet they choose....whine whine whine...look at us look at our grief we will carry this for the rest of our life ....[not till maddie is found]

i have no sympathy for the mccs .....same as i don't a drunk driver who chooses to drive the car ...kill someone ....and then spouts i have to live with this for the rest of my life ...that is my punishment ...blah blah Bela...

well he chose to driver that car ....the Macs chose to leave maddie/twins ....the babies had no choice ...and maddie is gone because of it

I mentioned that I didn't know why you posted what you did as it had nothing at all to do with the subject I was discussing.

You have no sympathy for the McCann's,   that is up to you,  you have made it quite clear from other posts that you have no sympathy for them.    I on the other hand do,  I feel very sad for Madeleine and what the poor little girl has gone through and could still be going through,  but I know that what I am feeling must be a tiny percentage of what the McCann's must be feeling as it was their daughter who went missing,  their daughter who they have no idea about what is happening to her and are unable to help her,  it must be hell on earth to live with that every day.   So, yes I do have sympathy with them as a mother to another mother and father.

There is a photo fit of Madeleine that is used to identify her,   just the same as there is an updated one of Ben Needham.
