The problem is that the Bamberettes dont think its over at all. That's why they are going on about the new claim to the CCRC. I'd be really surprised if Mckay carries on with the case in any capacity. Without him, what are they going to do. I'm sure no other lawyer will touch it with a barge pole.

Totally agree frank.    Didn't the CCRC ask for all the evidence to be presented the last time so anything they conjure up now will be viewed with disdain imo.    I would love to know how much the CCRC has spent on this silly case over the last few years and then we will see if they are value for money.   I feel a FOI request coming on.

And how much did the Arizona gun tests cost? And who financed them? (Hush, Luggy, I know really.) A dead, thick lump of pig rind, with no blood supply, compared to the delicate skin on a living person. But all is not lost, old Colleen Cropper promised to pay for further tests. Whoop de doo.

Bamber's case is well and truly at the bottom of the heap now, but there will always be a handful of delusional people who believe in him, Bigfoot and the Loch Ness Monster, so it doesn't hurt to keep a profile on here to remind them, and anyone new to the case, exactly why his conviction is safe.

And thanks, Mike, for changing tack YET again. As with Ali Bongo and Z, you have undermined any work that you have previously done. More to be pitied than scolded, I suppose.    8(8-))

We know that not everyone uses twitter but the propaganda continues every day by the campaign team.  We take great delight in responding to each and every tweet...it must drive them up the wall.

Our tweets are retweeted far and wide by other users and it is seldom that we get any negative responses.  One which does stand out however was received on Christmas Day by an exasperated twitter user who asked if we could desist for just one day!  We sent him a link to the banned Diana film to keep him occupied for an hour or so.  Think he's still watching it.  @)(++(*

ps If anyone wants to see it, it is still available online from our Russian friends.

How do people find the time to twitter, facebook, myspace...blah blah? It's like brain diarrhea. "I've just had a hobnob, a cup of tea and a hysterectomy...lol....rofl..."    Oh, good grief.

We find that people like to communicate in short bursts of activity these days and twitter and facebook etc are ideal. It's all down to new technology and the various small mobile devices we all use nowadays.  One advantage too is that tweets can be made from the courts so effectively the internet blogger is now beating the Press to the draw.

And, in the spirit of the truce, we could do worse than live by the words of the immortal Lugg.

"Nothing is forcing you to read the posts. You make me laugh really. If you don't like what you read, then don't read it. PLAIN AND SIMPLE."

Live by the keyboard....die by the keyboard.

I get that, but to my own detriment I realise that a single pissed-up post will be out there forever. Very damaging. If I was trying to help a MOJ, I'd think twice before the whole world watched my brain unravel.

Never go to a party, then come back a bit pissed and cross, and gunning for an argument. And never pluck your eyebrows when you're smashed.

I once had a very convoluted discussion with the legend that is Bob, about why Bamber isn't more angry. I would be so angry. I wouldn't be mild, and accepting, I'd be fighting the f..king system every step of the way, every day of my life. I would PROVE that I was in bed when it all kicked off. But....the phone call. From Ralph. The one that proves that either Sheila or Bamber was responsible. Oh dear.

I think it has a lot to do with being institutionalised Shona.  Most prisoners begin down this road after three or four years inside so for someone like Jeremy with 27 plus years inside he must consider Full Sutton to be home.  He will be very comfortable in his surroundings and will have formed an inner ring of trusted inmates around him.

Any publicity is a bonus to him, a little chink of light in an otherwise dark existence.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

And one thing that everyone has missed up to now. A long blood stain on one of the cupboard doors. You have to really look, but it's there.

And the round marks beneath the bible. Mike tried to make  some fantasy shit from them. It was Bamber wiping the blood from the silencer.

Forensic pathologist Dr Vanezis made some really good points in his formative report on the case when he referred to the state in which Sheila was found.  The position of the rifle on the body was all too convenient as was the that of the Bible.  Like Adrian Prout, Bamber made fatal errors in his haste to cover up his crime.

Which cupboard door do you mean Shona?    The bedside cabinet one, built-in cupboard one, or one on this new website that you mentioned before and that I asked you about, but you never replied?

It's one of them cases, in'it... one of them f*ckin' cases.
