New member seeking justice
« on: December 04, 2012, 06:09:11 PM »
Hello everyone,

I have just joined thus forum, having spent months trawling the Internet in support of a friend who has been wrongly convicted, we have been to the Court of Appeal in the last few months on "new evidence" but the application was dismissed. I have my friends permission to put his case out there in hope we will get justice, can I do this here?

Hi Crabtree

Why yes of course you can.   If you give a few details I am sure that one of the admins will sort it all out.

Yes. I think if you go to the lower part of the forum and post under the first one which includes misc things and the pub, then John might move it to the main part if there's enough info or one of the moderators might be able to do it.
The more info you can give the better and links  8((()*/
If you need any help let us know and I will wake Padgate up or Toby!

Thank you to you both for your replies, I will move over to the other section and do the posting - appreciate the guidance, this is all very new to me, fighting for justice, and forums   >@@(*&)

Welcome to the forum Crabtree.   8((()*/

Just start a new topic as Joanne suggests here > http://miscarriageofjustice.co/index.php?board=12.0
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Just give me the case name and a suitable title and a few details so that I can find it on the internet and I will set it up.  You can add the threads as necessary.

Joanne is a dab hand at introducing new cases so she may be able to help you as well.

Have we dealt with your case previously Crabtree?

Do you have a website or anything to help us out here Crabtree?   Even a link to a newspaper report?

We are setting up a website - another friend is doing this, the postings jam jam have posted will help, there was lots of reports in the Liverpool echo, we kept it very low profile whilst the solicitor was preparing the appeal, maybe in hindsight we should have put this out there from the start, sorry for not being organised before I came on here?

Rome wasn't build in a day so take your time and when the admins give you space you can add different threads which will make the case easier to read and follow for the newbie.   8((()*/
