I'm pretty sure the CCRC will categorically reject any further claim without considering it properly. They may browse it for a few hours, just to be sure that there's no genuinely crucial new evidence (which we know there wont be), but then they'll throw it out. All Bamber could then do would be to JR that decision. I hope he does, in a way, as he must be getting close to the stage where the High Court will declare him a vexatious litigant.

Well the CCRC have to agree to look at the case again. They've said that they've closed the case and made their final decision.

If the CCRC agree to look at the case again I'd imaigne a 2-3 year wait.
