But your opinion is just that,- not to be taken seriously -by independent thinkers.

All theories are looked at in detail to see if it is possible. I don't agree with Amarals theory, but it is more plausible than Sadies.

Sadie need to provide EVIDENCE to back up her theory.  and 'not telling' isn't evidence.

However, for entertainment value I give it 9/10.

As I understand it, police don't link cases unless there are clear similarities. The cases which Sadie attempts to link with the McCann case have more differences than similarities in my opinion.

I recommend reading Sil's page on the story.

I did, and it was another cafe up the road...

Note by Editor:

Please keep all conversations civil, constructive and to the point. Let's try and get through the weekend with as few reports as possible being made.

Have a great weekend everyone.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.

At risk of repeating myself - "it is my opinion that much of what she says is being taken very seriously indeed ... or else why the concerted effort at debunking it?"

So what leads you to believe that much of what Sadie says is being taken seriously ?

Bump for cite.

Apparently it's a sign that you're right if other people disagree with you. Unless, of course, you're Operation Grange debunking Jane Tanner's sighting.  @)(++(*

In my opinion Operation Grange actually enhanced Jane Tanner's evidence and I believe Sadie's theory subscribes to that as well as considering that the neglect by the PJ of the Smith sighting which she has researched at great length was a great pity and could have been detrimental to the case.

However I have never seen her mentioning the measuring at the McCann apartment carried out by the British police sometime in May.
Snip
Meanwhile, at the end of the afternoon, four British police officers were standing by the apartment from which Maddie disappeared to make measurements, with proper authorization from the PJ. https://www.dn.pt/dossiers/sociedade/caso-maddie/noticias/interior/casal-mccann-da-hoje-primeira-entrevista-so-para-tv-978016.html
Wonder what that was about?
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Did Sadie know about that?

I don't recall her ever mentioning it and it is the first time I have seen mention of any such operation being carried out by the British police in Portugal.

It might have been given a serious look at when she presented it.

It might have been given a serious look at when she presented it.

I would hope that Scotland Yard would look at everything that was sent to them carefully and seriously,  regardless of whom it was sent by TBH.
