I've got that but what dosage was it marketed as?    That information I couldn't find.
Don't know. Is it relevant, due to the fact that any dose may be fatal with a pre-existing, undiagnosed cardiac condition? And prescription drugs are to be used by the recipient only. Dispensing them to another adult would be highly questionable; giving them to a child would be unthinkable.

That might happen in your household.  But how compliant is the general population?

Not very compliant at all. In fact some will be positively reckless and even negligent.
But I'm considering the context, with qualified medical practitioners.

I would think those with easier access and more knowledge of the drugs might be the worst offenders.  I am horrified by some I know.

Some I know have reported their use of Phenergan for the kids when they want a quiet journey to a holiday destination.

Not if it was bought over the counter and given for travel sickness (or hay fever). Did the PJ manage to get hold of the medical notes of the immediate members of the McCann family?

Not as far as I know.  That would be quite a tough thing to do.
What's up, old man?

of course it woudnt be....if it was given in the correct dose for travel sickness...do you have any idea of the listed adverse reactions to phenergen.....actual figures of incidents. and if...and I dont beleive she was...maddie had a n adverse reaction...what would the problem be...if the mccanns felt she had a little hayfever

Do you mean compliant or just careful?  Careful as in "be careful with the dynamite"

Wouldn’t it have been simpler to walk through town and chuck the box of Terfenadine in the bin rather than a corpse and then just stick the corpse in a bin a bit closer to home?  Because, lets face it, what real difference does a few hundred yards make as far as corpse dumping is concerned if both locations are equally accessible to the suspect?

I never claimed there was. IMO drugging a child with Phenergan in the absence of travel sickness, hayfever or other allergy because you didn’t want the child to wake (and cry) whilst you went out followed by a fatal accident  could possibly explain why you might want to conceal that accident. Even more so if you acquired the drugs from work, IMO.
