Dianne Webster got to the apartment 5 minutes after the alarm was raised. She did not see an open window and said it would have been closed (see her 11 May 2007 statement). When she tried to raise the shutter from the outside and got it stuck the window was closed (see crime scene photos). If the window was open it could only have been before Dianne arrived at the apartment 5 minutes after Kate raised the alarm but David Payne entered the apartment straight away with the McCanns and did not see the open window which is strange.

The shutter was partially open LOL as seen in crime scene photos. Amy got to the apartment before Dianne Webster. Sorry but she has to be mistaken. She couldn't be there before the tapas 9 or if she was one would have said so in their interviews/statements.

All police forces have equal merits and failings do they?  How egalitarian of you.  In my opinion there has been a campaign to convince people that the McCanns are the devil’s spawn.  In my opinion they’re no worse than any other parents.

I'm pointing out police incompetence within the initial investigation.. Perhaps posters here should make a, reasoned response instead of trying to excuse it... As you appear to be doing

I have not identified any police incompetence in the initial investigation. I have however identified a concerted attempt by private investigators acting on behalf of Kennedy and the McCanns to derail the official investigation.
