I have read the case through.  If we assume he did hide the moderator, then it was hid at the scene.  Why didn't the police find it? 

Why would he hide the moderator in the house at all? Is it because it was generally known that one existed?
But then if that was the case then, as you say, why didn't the police find it?

Gordon Park was paid £50k, twice what JM was paid and he was a murderer - albeit he’d yet to be convicted

I’m certain. The contract was only signed after his conviction. I’m not aware of any other deal outside of this.

No, but under Joint Enterprise, if it had existed then, she could have been prosecuted too.....but instead she was used as a witness.  Strange that!

Nowhere does it state the moderator was hidden.....only Ispy is putting that False info out there.

What did Julie do that could in any way be considered joint enterprise?  For the record she stated at the time that she never dreamt that Jeremy Bamber would go through with his threats to murder his family. She is to be pitied if anything. A young impressionable girl who was infatuated with JB who used that for his own ends.

All I’m saying is, she would not got away with it today, nor would her evidence stand up in court.  She cried through most of it, and cross examination was almost impossible.
She did what she was told to do.
