I’m not in the mood for making it up. I want Jeremy out of there.

He read a letter to me over the phone a very long time ago regarding the lie detector test.

I cannot recall what it said or he stated but I know it was looked into and blocked.  It couldn’t go any further at the time.

As for, today, I have absolutely no idea what can and cannot be,done about it.  I doubt the position has changed much but it was something Jeremy requested. THIS was before the CT so maybe that’s why they have not mentioned it.

I have nothing further to add.

Well I was wrong, I trusted the CT would get him,out and they haven’t.
It’s been too long now, he will die in there if we all sit idly by.

He def deserves a re-trial, at the very least!

Agatha,

Why did you give Jeremy’s wetsuit to a charity shop? You said you were looking after all his items, so why did you give it away?

Surely he’d be upset that you did that?

So what possessed you to do it? Did it not occur to you that besides the fact he’d entrusted you with looking after his belongings, you gave the wetsuit away that may have provided evidence? In the same way you say you keep his pony tail for DNA reasons...although, his DNA is on record...maybe you weren’t aware?

Why do you appear to blame Bamber’s CT because ‘they haven’t’ got him out?

You didn’t get him out either

Or maybe Bamber indicated to her or hinted in some way that there was no need to keep hold of it ?

You said Bamber claimed this before the CT were involved

So could it be possible he only made this up to you ?

I doubt the position has changed much but it was something Jeremy requested. THIS was before the CT so maybe that’s why they have not mentioned it.

There’s been no mention of Bamber having requested Julie take a lie detector test

So, Jeremy must have requested it before he took one himself?

9. It is plausible that Sheila could have done this (though I have to say, it is at the lower end of the range of plausibility).

----------

Brancher, can you give your breakdown of how Sheila committed the massacre.

Obviously you need to include 1/2 phone calls, a kitchen fight, one rifle load, two reloads and 26 shots. I trust you know where the cartridges were.

A breakdown of Jeremy committing the massacre has already been done, which matches the crime scene evidence.
