I read it some time ago; a few months back

It was in amongst all the cutbacks legal aid are doing and have been doing. They’re having to tighten up on certain things, there’s just not enough money in the public purse to allow time for weak, frivolous appeals/claims that have no chance of reaching appeal. It’s not in the oublic interest.

Well, it is a tough decision, but when all the evidence is looked at as even detailed in Andrew Hunter's unpublished book it was definitely an unsafe conviction.

Well thats your opinion. Most people disagree with you and call him out for the disgusting child murderer he is. Fortunately Bamber hasnt got a cat in hells chance of ever being released, so we can all laugh at him as he gets old and decrepit.  No fun being locked up with 20 year olds when youre 80 years old and wetting your pants all day long.
