I got there, long ago.

I'm waiting for you to catch up ...

Experts are (sometimes) infuriatingly reluctant to commit themselves.

The expert wheeled in at Ian Huntley's trial to demolish Huntley's basis for pleading not guilty to murder, did a pretty good job.

According to Huntley, both girls were present with Huntley in his bathroom.  One developed a nose bleed and Huntley got some tissue to stem the blood.

Then the other girl tripped, fell into a bath he had run to wash his dog and drowned.  Meanwhile, the first girl suffocated as Huntley held his hand over her mouth to stop her screaming.

The expert demolished this account expertly.

But at the end, asked if he thought Huntley's account impossible, he replied, no.

Huntley was convicted of murder by a majority verdict.

Did one juror exercise benefit of doubt?

Leicester stated a fact, Portugal stated a stupid opinion.

Who is stupid here ? And since when the fact they refused to reconstruct is an opinion and since when observing incoherences in their statements is stupid ?

Nope you appear to be stuck somewhere en route.

Once again there is no factual evidence that the dog alerted to coconut.

it does not say that in your police report, and it doesn't say that in the testimony of Lenny Harper.

So, to be clear, you have no evidence that Eddie alerted to coconut.

As i have said all along.

Look forward to your agreement with me on that now.

There is no debate to be had.  Eddie reacted to a coconut shell

This is the relevant cite from the Operation Haven report of Wiltshire Police, to which I will link in an edit:

OFFICER X
and others, CO POWER states ‘my
understanding of the rules is that we should not
commit to non budgeted expenditure until the
proposition is passed by the States’.
X completes X report in respect of
Exhibit JAR/6. In it X states that the sample was
not bone and not human, appearing instead to be
more like part of a large seed casing or part of
something like a small piece of coconut.

Since when did coconut shells contain collagen? Which is only found in mammals? Wasnt the sample tested and found to have collagen? I suggest you read the reconstructions thread for all the facts.

Cadaver dogs do not alert to plants  fruits and vegetables as well you know.

Trying to trash the dogs ability in a single case which may have a vested interest in is one thing, trying to trash it when it alerted several times in that case as well, in a horrific story of institutionalised child abuse and probable torture and  murder, is beyond the pail
