Imo the ony way it might be meaningful is what this driver witnessed if anything, if he was around at 8.30 go 9 ish......everything else is fanciful speculation that he done it!

English guy (sorry can't recall his name),lived in his van in PDL and mostly parked up at the Baptista supermarket and around the OC.
