I'm not discrediting anyone...grime says its suggestive...it does not confirm...therefore it is possible there is no cadaver odour at the scene

False' positives are always a possibility; to date Eddie has not so indicated operationally or in training. (MG)
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

The key was buried in sand. Why?

At 04h14, it was verified that the dog 'marked' the area of a sandbox [bucket of sand] of the Fire
System where the car key had been concealed beneath the sand.

To verify the provenance of the alert ...

that statement is not true...its out of context and refers to reacting to roadkill...sorry you are wrong

This I agree with. On the balance of probabilities I would suggest it is more likely that there was cadaver odour at the apartment then there was not. Indeed if you were to lay a bet on this, this is where the smart money would be imo... though of course I take your point that the odour just may not have been there and even Kate claims she was in contact with cadavers prior to the holiday.. On a slightly different note I've been trying to read up on cadaver dogs and there is not an awful lot of info to be found... I'm sure Grimes States that the dogs would not alert to a bacon sandwich for instance which seems surprising as they often trained using dead pig...

Have you any idea how many people (apart from Paul Gordon and his shaving cut) bled in apartment 5a?

the important thing is Grime has not said what he would suggest...

You are quite right about the lack of information re cadaver dogs...dna and fingerprints have masses of science behind them..cadaver dogs..it would seem none

You really believe nobody bled in any other apartments? Keela doesn't sniff every inch of every apartment for obvious reasons. She is only used once Eddie finds evidence of death.

Did you read what Mark Harrison had to say about the inspections at the gym and the villa?

Also the vehicles, come to that?
