Even if I wanted to be a Bamber supporter or were hired to support Bamber I would have to face certain realities.

One such reality is that the killer stood somewhere in the shaded area when firing the shots at the victims either in the bed or near the bed.  As my addition illustrates the casings would be elsewhere if aiming out the door.

Do any of us meet the criteria for expert witness in the courts?  As far as I'm aware no.  We all contribute and have different strengths and weaknesses.  You seem to think the masters are those who share your theories sherlock.  The real masters or mistresses are those whose theories closely align with expert witnesses who either maintain/uphold JB's conviction or overturn it.  Exciting times

An expert witness must have more knowledge than the average person.  I have such knowledge with respect to several subjects including firearms.  I have had extensive training in firearms. The experts in this very case though agree the shots could only have been fired int he shaded areas and with the gun aimed in the direction of the bed.

Quite obviously if June were on her back then the only way to target her right side would be standing at the foot of the bed in the shaded area that is most extreme to the left. Standing in the doorway would not permit targeting her right side if she were on her back.  So we can narrow things down further on such basis. 

Ignoring all this and simply making up that the shooter could have been firing into the hall is a complete waste of time.  The experts in the case rejected such long ago for the reasons already cited.

I have taken note and my theory fits with the shooter stood in this area for the lip and jaw shots.

not at all holly .iam sure i might have opinions which conflict with the Masters on other cases .but not this one.the 3 masters are humble people .that dont blow their own trumpets.so i feel i should blow it for them.they analyse this case with the cunning and intelligents of a police officer or csi officer.their knowledge on the case is unrivaled long live the masters

I TOTALLY diagree my theory is entirely plausible and accounts for:

- None of NB's blood found in the main bedroom
- Casing location
- Trajectories of wounds

My post #1 in this thread is by far the best post I have made to date on Blue or Red and is potentially a real game changer. 

NB's location on the stairs immediately preceding the main bedroom will be proven by taking the difference in height between NB and SC, the depth of the step and trajectories of wounds.

I don't need to test fire an Anshutz to know I ejects to the right.  I can see with my own two eyes the weapon and have seen videos of the shells being ejected.  I know base don such that the shells are not ejected to the left.

I know the experts FROM THIS CASE assessed the shooter could only have stood in the shaded area and could only have aimed the weapon in the direction of the bed.  The gun had to be aimed with the victim in bed or next to the bed.

You disregard such and just keep making up it is possible for the shooter to have been shooting into the hall.  You want to pretend Nevill was sideways on the stairs being shot at though the gun was aimed inside the room and it would make no sense to be sideways on the stairs.

There is good reason the defense didn't try raising any such claims- it is nonsense.

Make up the victims were anywhere next to the bed you want trying to explain where the shooter stood and the victim was by the bed or in the bed.  That is the most one can do.  The killer was shooting at people in/on the bed or next to the bed with the exception of the shot fired when June was in the doorway.

Can we please just stick to debating the case.  As I said everyone makes a contribution and has strengths and weaknesses based on their various life experiences, careers, education etc.
