someone who drives at 32 is neither a nutter or a criminal as speeding is not a criminal offence

In an urban environ with a speed limit less than 30mph they could be considered nutters as is driving on a motorway at 32mph.

Tell you what Alfie let's make it simpler. You tell me specifically what you want answered and I'll try and accommodate you. Can't say fairer than that.
I've already said what I want answered and that is - which part of the how and when of Sadie's theory do you find crazy?

You claimed all child abductors were 'nutters' and I took issue with you as that is untrue.

So some of them are perfectly normal and upstanding citizens, you think?

It isn't a Town.  It's a village that has had the heart knocked out of it in the name of Mammon.  And not frightfully well done at that.

Rural Portugal itself is beautiful, and mostly improved with sensitivity.  Luz is largely a sprawling eyesore.

We're both wrong, Praia da Luz or Luz as it is officially known is designated a Civil Parish.

They could very well be such as the father who abducts his children to get away from an abusive mother and vice versa.

But, - but, - but  Jane claims she  saw Tannerman at about 915, around the time she saw Gerry & Jez.

How could she be SO wrong?

I guess she was just mistaken about the time, who she saw and where they were.
It could be also a case of making the wrong profile graph fit the few known points.

Personally I would agree that the "why" of Sadie's theory is a little (shall we say) eccentric - anything about Jews and bloodlines is a nonstarter for me.  Also, her views on what happened to Madeleine after the abduction and her view that it was she who was photographed on the back of a Moroccan peasant are deep into the realms of nuttiness (sorry Sadie, I do love you, and respect your right to hold this view but I do think it's 99.99% unlikely), however the how and the when of Sadie's abduction theory re the events of the night of 3rd MAy 2007 seems quite sound to me.

Even Kate McCann now admits that Maddie probably never left Portugal.  These Moroccan sightings are merely pie in the sky rubbish.

Sadie's continued insistence about little Bushra has become a fixation for her.

I don't think a parent who removes their child from the clutches of an abusive parent can really be classed as a "child abductor" can they?

Yeah, could happen to any credible witness, I suppose.

Of course, if she didn't see Tannerman at 9.15, as she said, then that tends to make SY's Crechman a bit more of the old bullshit, in that they have identified a man she didn't see.

I don't entirely agree with Sadie, but then she doesn't expect us to.  But a lot of what she says does make sense.  In the absence of actuality.

I agree with you there, all the more reason she should get past the Rif Mountains diversion.

I'd agree with that too.  Maddie in the Rif Mountains is just not happening, IMO.

Abdication can be proven on the balance of possibilities
And it seems SY agree

I think Jane Tanner saw the abductor at 21:50 +- 0:05 and he went directly to Rua da Escola Primaria where the Smiths saw him with Madeleine.

That would fit the times certainly but why risk walking all the way down town?

I find it ridiculous that any criminal gang would go to such trouble to adduct a rather ordinary young English girl who was not in any way different from many other young blonde girls on holiday that week in Luz. Don't you ?
