Is that the big round balcony at the eastern end of block 6 ?   Cos it is well wall enclosed, heads may be partially or fully below balcony height ... and it is 30+ metres away from where the getaway car might have been parked.
Yes that's the balcony Sadie.
The 4 people dining on it did hear and see GM searching below.

No-one saw the child leave the apartment evening 3rd. What does that tell us?

Absolutely nothing. No independent witness reportedly saw GM or MO going up & down the rear steps. No independent witness saw any of the Tapas group walking up the road & going into the front car-park.

It tells us one or two things

No one saw the child leave of her own accord
No one saw the child being taken out by persons known or unknown
Child did not leave evening 3rd May either way (which is a bit improbable)

Just peeked in as one does:

Quite BUT I forgot to add to my little list that either (ie child leaving in its own or with known or unknown persons) could have happened without  anyone seeing a thing...

There are 3 witnesses who saw the child in the apartment early evening 3rd, so that is fact IMO.
There are 0 witnesses who saw the child leave the apartment that evening, so that is nothing more than an assumption.

All the Smiths believe it was Madeleine they saw being carried away.
Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

I believe in Sadie's theory Madeleine was stolen on the orders of some unnamed untouchable because of her bloodline or some such nonsense. The victim in your link was targeted by paedophiles because he was blonde, slim and on his own. He was not stolen to order, he was taken because he was available and you have yet to provide one case of a child being 'stolen to order' in the way Sadie describes.
You're still obsessed with the "why" of Sadie's theory and studiously avoiding the when and the how.  We can all play the game you're playing.  I don't suppose you can provide any other example of loving parents covering up the accidental death of their child whilst on holiday but I don't keep on demanding you supply examples!  I have already stated that I don't accept the Jewish / bloodline elements of Sadie's theory but you can't seem to get past that.  Why not?

Oh right.  So the Telegraph made the whole thing up and the picture of the actual email from the Met an obvious forgery.  Silly me.

It's a report of an anonymous tip off to the met eventually passed on to LP.

It is in the files.  There is a picture of an email from the Met about it.  They considered the possibility that madeleine had been abducted to order as one worth following up.  what are you arguing about?

If someone wanted a child to adopt they wouldn't have wanted some ill nurtured child off the streets.  Hence Abduction to Order.

I'm sure I can provide many examples of seemingly loving parents covering up the death of a child after a tragic, unintentional incident. While on holiday may be a tad trickier. You however seem unable to provide even one example of a child who was stolen to order ( and I'm not even demanding the holiday bit ).

As to Sadie's theory as it seems to depend largely on Tannerman, a sighting that SY have all but ruled out, it  would seem a waste of time to dissect it more thoroughly.

Someone told the met that's what happened, they passed it on.
