Opinion based on what?

His incorrect assessment of the evidence. He, like you, failed to notice Matt's evidence.

You don?t need to because you know it doesn?t exist.  You ballsed up.  Haha.

I can assure you VS, Matt places the time before 10pm. But you don't have to trust me. It is written in the files. You & Eleanor must know this. You, in particular, know more about the files than I ever will.

Can I ask - what makes Matt's evidence more trustworthy and accurate than everyone else's evidence?  And can I ask again - what time did he say THE ALARM WAS RAISED?  And finally - is the AG a moron in your opinion?

What time precisely?

If we're going to lean on the archiving summary & comments of the AG as being evidence of the McCanns innocence it is worth noting that the AG, in relation to Mrs Fenns evidence, stated that the crying incident showed that the McCanns didn't check on the children as they afterwards declared they did. So, although the AG gave them a pass & failed to notice Matts evidence, he also believed the McCanns were liars.

Well, if no one knows exactly the time the alarm was raised (completely at odds with everything you claimed previously), then there's potential for Gerry to have been seen by the Smiths, isn't there.
I have NEVER claimed to know the precise time the alarm was raised, so stop lying again.  Do you know precisely what time the alarm was raised? No.  The balance of probabilities as I have demonstrated puts it at around 10pm, the time of the Smiths sighting which was also around 10pm, and quite possibly a little bit before as I think one or two of the Smiths said - between 9.55pm and 10pm.

Around 10pm is merely an estimate with potential for inaccuracy. Gerry felt it was around 10:13pm, having been concerned by Kate's lateness. Are you calling him a liar?

Not at all. I just thought I'd point out that the AG said the McCanns were liars.

Right let's cut the bullshit.  You know that Matt Oldfield does not give a precise time for Kate raising the alarm in his second statement, only suggests that she left the table at 9.50pm.  He does not say how many minutes elapsed between her leaving and her coming back.  So, lets say it took her a minute to walk there and maybe three or 4 minutes to search for Madeleine before becoming hysterical and running back.  That takes us to roughly 9.55pm.  Now pick up the narrative, with estimated timings for each stage of Gerry's movements from that point, given that the Smiths say they saw the man at about 10pm.

No, I'm not calling anyone a liar - except for you.
