No, I'm sorry - I don't understand why I should be discussing this case with Colin Stagg, why won't you help me?

Talk about obtuse.

If I wasn't in the thick of this I would not believe that it was going on.

Well if you don't understand that, there is no help for you.

Lord Justice Ognall made plain the innocence of Colin Stagg, just as the Portuguese prosecutors made plain the innocence of the McCanns.

Oh by the way brietta are you referring to the 'innocent couple' who needlessly and selfishly risked their children's safety, merely to socialise with their associates ?

I am referring to the innocent couple who are the victims of a heinous crime who have had every possible obstruction thrown into their path to obstruct every strategy they were forced to use to get officialdom to do what should have been done in the first instance ... and that was to continue the search for their missing daughter.

Who benefits from that attitude ... apart from carpet baggers like Ms Hopkins?
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

He isn't the police.

Neither are the Portuguese prosecutors.

When were they abducted?

Talk about obtuse.
OK, you want me to tell Colin Stagg that we should just keep our opinions to ourselves about the case and let the police get on with it and he will say: "no, keep on expressing your opinions about it and pretending you know more than the police because that will prevent people like me being falsely accused by them" - is that what you're saying?  I'm sorry but I don't see the connection between members of the general public pretending they know stuff the police do and chatting about it online and the police falsely accusing innocent people of crimes they didn't commit (you could in fact have used the McCanns for this example too btw... 8(0(* )

They are the ones who RECKLESSLY ENDANGERED their children.

As to the crime, unknown , if any occurred.

Strange how it wasn't alright to leave it to the PJ, it wasn't alright to leave Colin Stagg to the police, yet for some reason we shouldn't question SY, OG or the McCanns.

I see 87% blame the mccanns in the avenging Standard poll now for the disappearance of Madeleine.

I think you will find those people believe by leaving Maddie they exposed her to abduction

When were they abducted?

(Madeleine) May 3rd 2007.

It takes a modicum of intelligence to understand why that event would have been traumatic for Madeleine's parents, a trauma magnified by being falsely accused, of responsibility for her disappearance, for a 'cover-up', and of launching a fraudulent 'fund' in their (asserted as 'fact') 'dead' daughter's name ...

It merely requires a modicum of intelligence to see what happened has yet to be determined, or for anyone to be charged, if any crime occurred.

what they have gone through is nothing.....compared to what maddie did.

they deserve all they get......maddie doesn't

the mccs had a choice.....maddie didn't.........at three year old ...maddie paid the price of what they did

the mccs are not a innocent couple.they caused it....maddie was a innocent child

Madeleine is entitled to the right to be looked for without let or hindrance as long as there are active lines of inquiry to be followed.

The opprobrium directed at her parents helps Madeleine exactly how??

Little people with small minds with access to a column in a tabloid excoriating her parents helps Madeleine in what way?

Unfortunately there have always been those who enjoy a good witch hunt ... but the stamina and the mindset to keep it up for almost nine years must take some beating.

This may be fun and games to some ... but another anniversary ... and another birthday without their eldest child is fast approaching for the McCann family.  Most normal people can have a little bit of understanding of how that must be for them ... the others are just a lost cause and not really worth bothering about.
