Bridget could just have meant the height of the balcony DROP not the exact specifications of the railings
Balconies however low or high are climbable and no normal parents leave their kids around them unsupervised
It should still be possible to go and produce a video and take physical measurements of Bridget's balcony and balustrade and see what exactly she was talking about.
We could even interview her and show her the video we've taken and ask her for her own impressions in her own words.

That photo is not even from Block 5 IMO.
That photo is block 6 Misty.
I can prove an identical sticker on sliding door of 5A.

What about on apartment G4O?  (The one where Jez was staying at in block 4.)

I know you can. It was just an observation based on the obvious height of the window based on the view.

I actually thought BOD was commenting on the height of the balcony from the ground in her comment, not the height of the railings.

What about on apartment G4O?  (The one where Jez was staying at in block 4.)
3 apartments in block 4 were provided to the parents.
One was a penthouse  apartment, provided on 5th May.
There is a good chance it was G4-O.

Me too;

I worried about the height of the balcony. Should we ask for one on the ground floor?

There is that possible interpretation but I think my one was better.

Excitedly, we were shown to our apartments. Ours was on the fourth floor, overlooking a family and toddler pool, opposite a restaurant and bar called the Tapas. I worried about the height of the balcony. Should we ask for one on the ground floor?
She already had described how high up she was, so it was the consideration of how high the protection railing was that was her next thought.  Either way (either interpretation) she was worried about it.  So we need to look to see why she was not convinced she was safe.

Maybe they had taught their kids to read their own warning notices!

And it is OK for you to say "Whch was ignored too but if youre an imbecile or careless ignorant parent wouldnt matter anyway".

1. She probably did if you look at the full context.
2. Spot on.

To me the real interpretation is on the writer of the article.  As long as she is still standing someone could ask her.

Why is it relevant what exactly she meant? Most parents would take one look at those balconies and make a mental note not to let their kids out there alone, whichever floor they were on. It's not rocket science, they were dangerous.
On the evening of 3rd while KM was showering it would have taken seconds for MM to be out there climbing on the patio furniture for a glimse of her Daddy or of her friends. Assuming KM had a shower, of course.

She took a bath, did her make-up and drank a glass of New Zealand wine with her husband.

Kate had a shower which lasted around 5 minutes.
