You need to use the words "No Evidence that they found" or even taking it further "no evidence that they admit to have found".  I'm sure the words "no evidence" needs to be followed by a very precise caveat too.

Have you actually read the shelving report ?

References by Rowley & Do Carmo to Amaral were noticeable by their absence in the latest interviews.
As Gerry said in an interview the least said about Amaral the better.

there is evidence in this case....only 3 options...if you can rule out 2 it makes the third very likely

your claim there is no evidence is stating your opion as fact

There is no evidence of abduction and that is why you constantly avoid answering anyone who points this out. Genuine child abduction cases are usually supported by evidence of some sort or other.  However, in the case of Maddie, there was no forensic evidence of any illegal entry or disturbance of any sort. Add to that the non cooperation with those charged with investigating the case, a conspiracy to discredit the lead detective and the attempts to influence the investigation by introducing false sightings and we have the makings of something extremely suspicious and concerning.

So us mere mortals may not talk of an abduction without a great big CAVEAT in place.
However a Mod can state as fact that there was a conspiracy to discredit Amaral and attempts to influence the investigation by introducing false sightings without a CAVEAT in place.
Such blatant double standards turns my stomach.

OMG, so much opinion stated as fact I think I may have a seizure.  Kindly chastise yourself and award yourself some points while you're at it.

Everything I have stated is established fact unless you know different??

The Met appear to be investigating abduction. Why they concluded that Madeleine was abducted is open to question. Amaral is criticised all the time, haven't you noticed?

I havent heard amaral criticised by sceptics even though he claims to have evidence to support hhis claims but clearly hasnt

Burying you head in the sand doesn't cut much mustard Alfie.  The conspiracy by McCann private detectives to bury Amaral using Portuguese lawyer Correia has long been established.

The fake sightings created by those same private investigators is established after one of their own spoke out.

Kate McCanns refusal to answer simple questions during her arguida interview is established.

These are damaging facts despite your attempts to play them down

Didn't they have a caveat along the lines of "no evidence found as yet but we will not give up looking".

Long established by armchair defectives maybe, but not by any organisation that anyone would take seriously.  And what about these deliberate false sightings then?  Got proof of that have you?

abduction can be proved on the balance of probabliites as I have pointed out in my post above....

your post is full of opinion as fact...your opinions are not facts

There is no direct evidence of abduction in the ben Needham case

the window was a sign of illegal entry

there was no conspiracy to discredit the lead detective

who are you claiming introduced false sightings...more opinion as fact

no conspiracy has ever been established...

cite for fake sightings

Kate cooperated with the investigation until she realised she was beeing set up by detectives who it has been proved did not understand the evidence

As Stephen correctly pointed out a few days back the McCanns are in trouble if the abduction is shown to be a sham and Maddie died because of their stupidity.

You are wrong on every point but then you are posting opinion contrary to the established facts.
