If SY has achieved anything in the Maddie investigation can someone please inform me because the results from what I have seen amount to a big fat ZERO.  And now they are winding up their investigation with nothing to show for it.

This was probably Rowley's last opportunity before the shelving to justify what they have spent and what a poor job he made of it.  This was supposed to have been a warts and all investigation going back to basics and now he reveals that to have been false.  It makes Redwood look like a prise idiot in my book.
