Are you able to show that Europol and Interpol have been involved? MLA requires the involvement of neither one.
On the face of it your gross assumption is no better than my less gross assumption unless ya'll are a conspiracy theorist. Deal me out of that one.

Dear Alice it is not so easy for one country police to pick up a phone and call another country police and request cooperation, maybe they can to play soccer or have a coke but not for legal matters. This is the main reason why Interpol and Europol have been made. They are not here either to make direct cooperation for police but to carry out judicial duties of booth countries and not directly but through Ministry of Justice or Department of Justice depending on the setup of the institution in one country.
The only case when those two institutions are bypassed is when two counties Ministry of Justice send letters to request setting  grounds for cooperation such the case in  with UK and Portugal .

Spoiler; Try to find out what a police statement in Paraguay was  few years back when there was roomer that Maddie might be located in South America and will be easy to understand.
There is international machine activated against “someone” they have capability to dig them out as rain worms including there own eggs.   I will bet it is network they are against not individuals.

You assume there was a crime.

You assume there was an abduction.

Assumptions are no more than speculation.

You assume there was a crime.
1.I dont assume a crime Portugal Judicial authorities does. There is child missing from 5a and there is criminal proceeding open in Portugal with all elements .They don’t open criminal proceeding  for a child which walk away but they do open for  a  Crime committed after review of evidance, you cant open one without evidance.
Before you apply Criminal code you have to apply Criminal Procedure law. Until judicial police and the leading prosecutor office (sometimes investigative judge) close it is as such.

2. You assume Abduction
-I think the above answer is valid.

3. Assumption is no more than speculation.
I agree that’s why I elaborated above. I hope you will review you signature regarding the McCain’s and   two persons making money on a missing and listen to your advice once a again.

I agree with you that someone is making money but the investigation is here to show who.  Who is continuing to provide logistic on the actors involved on what happened May 3 2007.  Logistic is also punishable as obstruction of justice at least there are many more grounds they can be charged also.
This is a school case for needed international law enforcement cooperation to crack down on issue.

Dear Bros,
When the CPS publish comprehensive data and information with respect to such circumstances do you:
1 Believe I have not read it?
2 I would I take your word in preference to that of the CPS ?

Logistics is never punishable.  It is simply logistics.  Which is why The MacCanns will never be found culpable.  Logistics
say that it was not possible for them to have disposed of the body of their daughter.

And anyone who thinks otherwise has a very sorry soul.

Even with the best will in the world - you will still never get a quart to fit into a pint pot IMO.
The notion that innocence prevails over guilt – when there is no evidence to the contrary – is what separates civilization from barbarism.    Unfortunately, there are remains of barbarism among us.    Until very recently, it headed the PJ in Portimão. I hope he was the last one.

The aliens who are rebuilding the village destroyed by fire
AUGUST 01, 2017

Inside the municipality of Figueiró dos Vinhos, where the terrible fire of mid-June also arrived, there is a village repopulated by several foreign families. German, Dutch, Swiss, Swedish and Czech live in communion with nature, amidst the hills and valleys now black and covered in gray. Half of the thirty inhabitants of Vale Salgueiro are children - who never went to school. It was only after the fire that destroyed cars, houses, and caravans that the size of the community became known

There are those who deride the notion that Madeleine McCann could be alive and well and hidden in plain sight.
I think the existence of this community proves that such a thing is perfectly possible and well within the bounds of feasibility.
After the fire, Social Security wanted to know how many people there are in the village and how they live. For a long time they did not have to fill in the forms.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

Taking the meaning of feasible as "capable of being done or effected" one would not argue it is feasible.
What will be interesting, should it have occurred, is the mechanism by which it was effected.

The community of foreigners which kept itself to itself managed to coexist along side the indigenous population causing neither upset nor comment.

They raised and educated their children without interference from or apparently close scrutiny of officialdom.  I don't know if their community just evolved along those lines or if they designed it to be so ... but keeping a low profile enabled them to very much do their own thing.
So whether the mechanism was accident or design in this instance, it occurred.

Who would have thought that only a national disaster such as the forest fires have been would have led to the revelation that no-one knew who they all are or how many?
Another such unlikely scenario might be at the root of the continuing search for Madeleine.  We are told they are still investigating ... in my opinion that means the search for Madeleine continues.

Sooner or later it will need to be subjected to the test of Kipling's "Six Honest Serving Men" or Dean Gano's "Caused by" then what ?

Seen reference to this elsewhere, as recently as Dec 2015 in a response to a FOI No: 2015120000612  request the MPS describe OG as an investigative review of the investigation(s) into the circumstances of the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

The search for Madeleine hasn't ground to a halt.  It's just a bunch of very nasty people trying to make it so.  It isn't working.

The mystery is why they feel so motivated to do things like that?
Although I think even they have to concede they have failed if their objective was to impede anyone ever looking for Madeleine.
