Sergey Malinka was not questioned as an arguido ... therefore he is wrong to claim he was questioned as a suspect.

If he brings his child up in Portugal ... the question of 'clearing his name' would not be an issue ... the child no doubt would understand Portuguese law and if that was not sufficient, the substantial amount he received in damages for defamation should in my opinion reinforce any argument he might be forced to make.

He hasn't claimed he was an arguido or suspect so you can retract your statement.

Smithman carrying a child in his arms checked his watch after passing the Smith family and the time was 10:03. Both are still unidentified 10 years later.

"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

I counted 30 things they said wrong about me in the media, they used my video on their news websites without consulting with me. I think I should sue them for copyright violation defamation and misrepresentation.#mccanns #McCann #TheSun #DailyMail #mirror #sundayexpress

It's your choice. I don't bash PT police, I think they've done well. The reason my life and name is damaged is because of McCanns and money frenzy media!

No Proof, thank you.  Anyone who is interested knows where to go.

As this guy has allegedly had no involvement with the McCanns or their missing daughter, it will be interesting so see why he came to the attention of the police.

That's an easy one, he came to their attention because of his involvement with arguido Robert Murat.

Try going to Kickstarter, and use the button to start up a project.

You will be asked for certain details.  Amongst them a valid bank account, and your permanent country of residence (PCR).  Neither Portugal nor Russia are accepted as PCRs.  So someone, presumably Dmitry, has a valid bank account in a PCR that Kickstarter accepts.

Spain apparently.  Seems the creator of the Kickstarter project, this Dmitry Laier, is based just across the border in Lepe, Spain.  (At least that's what is claimed by him)

I wonder if Kickstarter allows donations to be made by proxy?

"Nope" & "coz" are not 2 words I would expect a Portuguese Russian to be familiar with. Possibly there is more than one contributor to the account.

Malinka appears to have backtracked on his comments towards the PJ and Amaral.

"Also, I think I was a bit harsh in my last saying about PJ and GA, Bennet had a field day :)
In fairness to the situation, I didn't like how I was treated by PJ, but I understand why they have done it. I don't hold a life to GA!"

Portuguese police discredited itself the long time ago, and believe you me I could easily go to the media or ministry of justice and would tell how I was treated by Amaral and his coworkers that day in an interrogation room. And if I would he would more problems that defending his book from McCanns. Plus he wouldn't look like a knight in shining armor after he beating up scared Russian boy, would he?

Are you now also telling us that Amaral had you locked in a car all day, without food and water, and had you beaten up?
Not him, but his colleagues did. The officer who got physical with me was called Pereira. Amaral was bang out of order as well at the end of the interrogation, to be honest.

so which is the truth...what will be in his book...he doesnt seem to know himself
