this is proof that SY can operate in a foreign country and their work can result in suspects being brought to trial

The country in question was a former colony was it not,so there is probably jurisdiction allowed,there is not in Portugal,have a read of the link on page 1.

They are 'guests' with no authority.

There is no point in pretending they have authority in the case.

Youu post is more opinion based on fact. The father of the victim made  a complaint which had to be investigated...no evidence of the met making a pigs ear of anything...you just want to unfairly criticise SY
