Unlike many of your posts the case is simple and straightforward.

Only a handful of people could possibly know:

- MM was in 5A
- 5A was unsecured
- The McCanns were exiting and entering via the unlocked patio doors
- MM was without adult supervision
- 5A was without a baby monitor

I'm not going to give you any further clues.  Consider who knew the above and then filter them out and there's your answer.

In my opinion I think you incapable of providing clues to any with a smidgen of knowledge of the events surrounding Madeleine's disappearance.

Whether one believes Madeleine was targeted or her abduction was opportunistic I think you are following a tried and already very failed theory in your ruminations.
"All I'm going to say is that we've conducted a very serious investigation and there's no indication that Madeleine McCann's parents are connected to her disappearance. On the other hand, we have a lot of evidence pointing out that Christian killed her," Wolter told the "Friday at 9"....

None of what you have posted may be of any relevance whatsoever...

Since the advent of mass tourism by British holiday makers to Europe only 1 child has disappeared off the face of the earth.  Disappeared from

- an apartment that was unsecured
- an apartment that was without adult supervision
- an apartment that was without a baby monitor
- an apartment that her parents exited and entered several times a night through a set of doors that could not be locked from outside allowing others to know the apartment was unsecured

Of course the above might have nothing to do with MM's disappearance!
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

Such as..
If Maddie left the apartment herself
If it was an opportunist crime
The only relevance is maddie being unsupervised
Even if it was planned by a paedophile the apartment may have been entered by the window

How do you explain the open shutter/window?
If it was an opportunist crime

So the opportunist just stumbled on an apartment containing a child which was unsecured, without adult supervision or a baby monitor?  He/she struck very lucky!

The only relevance is maddie being unsupervised

How come?

Even if it was planned by a paedophile the apartment may have been entered by the window

How would a paedophile know MM was in the apartment without adult supervision and/or a baby monitor?

No sign of forced entry or any marks around the window/shutter/on the bed that anyone entered or exited via the window.

Where have I said OC is a self-contained resort?

In the quote you gave where you quoted yourself.

In the quote you gave where you quoted yourself.

"The fact a night creche operated in the self-contained resort catering for holiday makers in accommodation scattered about meant that it wasn't an unusual sight to observe men (dads) walking around with babes in arms".

Where have I even mentioned OC?

Are you really trying trying to argue that the OC night creche wasn't part of the OC?

Of course you claimed the OC was a self-contained resort, which it clearly wasn't.

Time to concede and move on.

The shutter and window could have been opened from the outside
The intruder did not have to leave any marks... Plus I don't believe the forensic exam was thorough
Everything else you mention may be totally irrelevant..

Self-contained resort in terms of PDL not OC.  I made clear the accommodation was scattered about hence men (dads) were walking all over the resort (PDL) with babes in arms.

The night creche was only available to guests dining at Millenium and Tapas.

Nothing to concede on my part.

I did suggest to sil several times a useful exercise would be to go to the OC area at 9 to 9.30 and see just how common a man carrying a child is.... That would have been a useful exercise

As I said the resort is self-contained ie everything one would need for a one week break/beach hol.  The profile of the guests that particular week seemed to be families with small children so there's no reason anyone would bother with hiring a car for visiting further afield hence men (dads) walked around the resort with babes in arms carrying them to and from the night creche.  Would anyone bother with calling a cab if indeed they were readily available in PDL low season for such short journeys?

From BO:

My phone rang as our food arrived; our baby had woken up. I walked the round trip to collect him from the kiddie club, then back to the restaurant. He kept crying and eventually we left our meal unfinished and walked back again to the club to fetch our sleeping daughter. Jes carried her home in a blanket. The next night we stayed in. It was Thursday, May 3.
