Where's the evidence the niece travelled throughout the EU?

Wasn't her husband an eu employee

Is there any evidence her husband was an EU employee?  If he was how did this lend to his wife travelling throughout EU?
Just my opinion of course but Jeremy Bamber is innocent and a couple from UK, unknown to T9, abducted Madeleine McCann - motive unknown.  Was J J murdered as a result of identifying as a goth?

It's not important... The fact she could enter 5a legitimately perhaps is

Afaiaa... The patio door was left open.. Mrs fenn heard it opening... If it was locked it couldn't be opened from the outside
If a child was thought to be injured or in distress that would be a legitimate  reason to enter

How could the patio door have been left open if Mrs Fenn heard it opening?

Are you conflating open with unsecured?

If I heard some disturbance from a neighbour I would have no right to take it upon myself to start trespassing on private property.  If I was that concerned that someone was in imminent danger I would call emergency services or social services.

I have no idea what possible reason PF's niece would have for legitimately entering 5A?

Open as opposed to locked... We disagree on the other point

Mrs Fenn claims she heard crying on 1st May.  MM disappeared on 3rd May.

Where's the evidence the McCanns left any of the doors open when they went out in the evening?

The mccanns, statements..... Plus Mrs Fenn said they returned via the patio door... Which would have to be unlocked fir them to enter

The McCanns said they left the patio doors unlocked.  Mrs Fenn said she heard the patio doors slide open and although she didn't see the McCanns she assumed it was them returning.  No one has said anything about the doors left open.

Oh ok but there's a world of difference between doors closed but unlocked and open doors.  Either way no one had any legitimate right to enter 5A unless of course there was clear signs of imminent danger eg a fire breaking out.  I don't believe a child crying amounts to imminent danger.  If PF was so concerned she could have called OC reception instead of a local friend.

I disagree. Your criteria for 'legitimate right' are flawed. If the resident above heard a continued, distressed child crying, knowing that in all likelihood the parents were out, then that person would be well within their rights to intervene. Imminent danger wouldn't be the only reason, you just decided that's the case.

Where do you think the law stands?
