Scotland would be a basket case bankrupt Republic if England hadn't bailed it out but if that's the road Scots want to go then bring it on. I'm sure the rest of us will survive without whiskey and haggis. When Scots have to apply for a work permit to work down here then maybe the penny will drop?
A little reminder while I'm on. Only 45% of the Scots electorate voted remain, hardly an endorsement for the SNP.
Back to Boris before I'm accused of going off topic. He appears to have wooed the north of England now which was until recently a Labour heartland. I have a feeling he is on to a winner and will take the country out of the EU deal or no deal. Personally I prefer the latter approach.
You seem so angry, calm down.
I don't think the supplies of whisky and haggis or even shortbread or irn bru will ever be affected by independence.
If Scots ever have to apply for a work permit to work in England, the NHS will lose a great number of very qualified and experienced doctors and nurses. ( I do hope they then return to Scotland)
Your post borders on the ludicrous IMO.
I thank you and your countrymen for keeping us from becoming a bankrupt Republic or do you mean a banana Republic!

ETA if only 45% of the Scottish electorate vote to remain, does the mean the leave vote was 55% of the electorate?
That seems rather at odds with the facts.
