In your opinion. Thankfully we live in a democracy.
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

YEs, no problem.

WE live in a liberal democracy under the rule of law with protection of rights.

THese include rights to be treated as innocent until proven guilty and being able to defend your reputation from defamation through the courts, rights to privacy, and rights to family life.

0.08 If Madeleine is alive, who died in the apartment? (Assumes an alert indicates the presence ofa body, a conclusion continuously denied by Mr Grime their handler)
0.13 Eddie, the Cadaver dog (Who reacts to cadaver odor AND to blood)
0.19 "he picks up a scent which he recognises" (cadaver or blood)
0.20 Eddie alerts to cadaver odor in the McCann's bedroom (Eddie reacts to an odor that could be blood or cadaver)
0.25 Eddie alerts behind the sofa in the McCann's apartment (to either blood or cadaver odor)
0.29 Keela the blood dog (if she fails to react, it is indicative that Eddie may have been reacting to cadaver odor)
0.41 Keela reacts to blood behind the sofa in the McCann's apartment (meaning that Eddie's reaction was to blood, not cadaver)
1.19 Blood was found beneath the tiles (forensics did not connect this to the McCann's DNA- it could even be from a cut on the tiler's hand
1.25 15:19 markers matched Madeleine's DNA (this is an error- that result was for the LCNDNA Analysis from the Renault Scenic. The results for the blood from the apartment was inconclusive)

I will leave it to readers todecide how accurate HiDeHo's videos are.

I willl deal with the LCNDNA Renault results when we discuss the FSS and DNA results.

Hey, a cadaver dog alerted to cadaver odour and at some of those places a blood dog also alerted for the presence of blood.

There wasn't any death in the apartment since it's construction, if you want to discard the car, so how come that the parents weren't even a bit disturbed?!

And I find incredibly disgusting that FSS, after emitting a first report where they acknowledged that the DNA could have been Madeleine's issued a final report where they gave a miserable excuse to say that they couldn't prove it _ for a world prized laboratory that was a shoot in the foot.

HiDeHo's videos are as accurate as the sources she uses. I don't think that attacking her magnificent work is going to make your darlings less suspicious.

EDdie indicates both blood and cadaver odor. His sole reaction does NOT indicate cadaver.

If you read the two FSS communications (not the Portuguse misinterpretations) there is no conflict between the two statements.

@Luz

IF you insist that there was a conflict between the initial and final FSS reports, please provide (with cites) the conflicting statements.

Well as the sources she has used in her videos include these two wholly false news articles both used prominently as focal points in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RP30PRieuU4 I think you have made a very valid point.

Why you should claim that such inaccuracy is magnificent defeats logic.

As the articles are wholly inaccurate by your statement we can be assured that the videos created by Hideho are equally inaccurate.  But I do think the exposure of these videos as shameful and inaccurate propaganda is highly beneficial to those seeking the truth.

what parent of a missing child would split hairs over dogs alerting to blood ( and possible death) of said missing child in the place the child was last seen??

why would they look for reasons the dogs were wrong - given that the child is still not found nearly 5 years later ......

personally I would be asking questions about what was found not questioning it

They might well question it if they knew that Madeleine had not died while they were there.  And since it takes at least an hour and a half for a corpse to present Cadaver Odour, then the dogs must be wrong.

again excuses basic parenting instinct would send you batshit crazy if a dog alerted to the last place your child was seen

No it does not. It is a perfectly normal reaction to reject the information you have been given about a person's death.

Many times doctors face the same stubborn refusal by relatives to accept what is being told to them.

I suspect many would simply refuse to believe the dogs alerts in exactly the same way as they reject the bad news in the hospital till they have physically seen the body.

Occasionally some people may go crazy and start to yell and scream at the news but others will simply refuse to take in the news.

Different people react differently to tragedy and trauma.  It is very important to remember that.

It just goes to show how the British Press can print such shite!!   8(8-))

The final report from the FSS determined that the results were INCONCLUSIVE ie a complete waste of time, money and energy.
A malicious prosecution for a crime which never existed. An exposé of egregious malfeasance by public officials.
Indeed, the truth never changes with the passage of time.

Indeed.

The dog "evidence" was no evidence at all and useless for determining what happened in that apartment on 3 May 2007.   Beats me why it was ever recommended that they be used in the first place, given the amount of time (3 or 4 months after the disappearance) and after the apartment had been re-let several times.

Given how comprehensively this particular video has shown to be in error and/or blatantly biased, Hideho should withdraw it altogether.  Will she do that?

Can we then accept that one major myth can be entered in the child forum.

IT is a myth that there was evidence sufficient to charge or convict the McCanns with neglect or any other crime involving Madeleine.
