hi Spammy, how are you today?  I think sometimes on Crimewatch they flash up a mugshot and say something like "this is Peter Plonker, who is wanted in connection with a series of sexual assaults that took place on the Thames tow path at Teddington" or something like that.  I think when you see someone's face on the telly and you're being told they are wanted in connection with a serious crime it probably doesn't do all that much to enhance the individual's reputation (apart from with people who admire sex offenders of course, such as yourself).

I was thinking more about the right to presumption of innocence as opposed to the individual ex-sex offenders reputation.

HCW's, method compared to Crimewatch, are very clearly a breach of Brueckners rights.

Then it's about time his lawyer mounted a legal action on his behalf.

Evidence, not proof.  Personally I think HCW struggles to express himself precisely in a language that is not his mother tongue and has probably said things that maybe he shouldn't have.  Just my opinion.

Then he should have said.....

“We don’t have the body and no parts of the body, but we have enough evidence to say *(we believe) our suspect killed Madeleine McCann ”

If his failure to say that is on account of him not being particularly fluent in English then perhaps he should just stay in Germany, concentrate on crime against Germans in Germany who's native tongue is German & not go poking his nose into Anglo/Portuguese investigations.

perhaps you could contact him to tell him this directly?  He probably values the opinions of anonymous internet WUMs enormously.

Perhaps he should have kept his counsel until absolutely certain then.

Colonel Mustard, in the Library with the candlestick.

Too easy. It's  only might be Colonel Mustard because of the way he was seen carrying the candlestick.

The Colonel vehemently denies it was he as he says he  was in the dining room at the time.

If he was absolutely certain there would have been no need for a public appeal.

Only a couple of Bottles.  That should do it.
