Just as one swallow does not a summer make, does one outburst make him a nasty character per se.

What do you call beating a Rape Victim with a metal stake?

Photograpic of extreme abuse.. As in the Rui Pedro case who was also abducted in Portugal. I've followed the case closely and Wolters has made 4 Indications that point to this

As in the Rui Pedro case the evidence doesn't show death but death can be assumed

If the police had definitive proof that Maddie was dead it would have been shared with both SY and her parents.

It hasn't so go figure.

I never said it was up to me what was shared. What I said was that two mistakes were made by Wolters and they have damaged his credibility imo. There is evidence supporting my claims, yours are based purely on your belief in this man's integrity and your determination to ignore his mistakes imo.

Can you remind me of the two mistakes?

What Evidence supporting what Claims?

It's a mistake for a member of the judiciary to announce that a suspect is guilty of murder before guilt has been judged proved in court. It's also a mistake to announce that the parents of a missing child have been informed that she is dead when that doesn't appear to have happened.

The first announcement is likely to have breached the suspect's human rights.
The second announcement led to the parents issuing a public denial.

If they didn't have definitive proof they wouldn't have claimed she is....Its an absolutely massive claim not just from Wolters but obviously from his whole team. You claimed the documentary said the images found at the factory did not relate to Maddie. That isn't true... You were mistaken.
For me everything points to the fact they do

You need to listen more carefully. He has said he has concrete evidence that CB murdered MM... Not proof. He has not found him guilty. Police are allowed to make such statements when it's part of a police investigation

Still does not a child killer make.

If I was a detective looking at CB I would think to myself,  he had the nerve to enter an apartment,  he was used to stealing from apartments he beat and raped an elderly woman,  he could have killed her brought on an heart attack maybe.   Plus he has been charged with sexual attacks on children.   Put the two together?    He could easily have had the nerve to go into 5a and take Madeleine.  IMO

Of course he could, Detective.
