I've seen no evidence that Brueckner entered 5A, took Madeleine McCann away and murdered her either, but he's been accused of doing so. His alleged motive is an assumption, because I can think of easier targets and easier ways of taking a child if he wanted one.
You don't require to see any evidence in an active police investigation. You are a civilian with nothing to do with anything and I think it is sheer arrogance to make the observation you have. I'm almost certain that the parents of the missing child haven't seen the evidence and I haven't heard them bleating about it.
Those investigating officers tasked with looking at Madeleine's case six years after the Policia Judiciaria bailed out of the equation in their haste to archive it in 2008, have looked with interest at the many individuals inadequately explored by the PJ at the time.
Having made inquiries and worked their way through that lot and eliminated them from involvement, Scotland Yard eventually came across Brueckner.
In one way or another he has been a person of interest from 2017 till the present day.
The Scotland Yard investigation undoubtedly investigated many others they thought fitted a particular profile only to rule them out after investigation.
What makes Brueckner different and a so called patsy. Why did they pick on him out of all the potential patsies they looked at if pinning the blame on someone, anyone was the game they were playing?
I suggest Brueckner is unique in evidence relating to him having having been found during investigation which could not rule him out of the frame and thus he became a suspect.
No-one needs to make any assumptions about anything pertaining to Brueckner - all that is needed is evidence of what he did and be able to prove it.
