The window to me is one of the biggest red flags.

Why did she leave it wide open curtains blowing....an then leave the apartment with twins still inside.

Kmcc said she knew straight away maddie had been taken ...yet searched for 10 mins.

10 mins is a long time for a small space ...so what was she doing all that time

IIRC gmcc was also gone quite a while it seems.

Because she knew that the twins were perfectly safe as there was no abductor.   She pretended to search for 10 minutes knowing full well Gerry had his armsful and a date with a dustbin in downtown PdL.  When she was pretnding to search she was actually drinking half a bottle of wine that had been left over from earlier, quietly cackling to herself about the brilliant plan she and Gez had cooked up over dinner.

Kizzy, I do find your arguments tediously repetitive.  I can’t be arsed with it anymore.  In fact you win.  Everything you say is right and every opinion I’ve ever held about the McCanns, Amaral, the PJ, HCW, CB etc is wrong, wrong wrong.  There’s nothing more to be said.  Your last post has utterly won me over and worn me out.  Well done.

I win, win what .......you see its not a game for me.

I believe in what..... I believe happened to Maddie....and as yet there is no evidence to say I'm wrong.

Exactly.  When do you think the plan was hatched then?  Over dinner or before they arrived at the Tapas?

You win the argument.  It’s your brilliantly logical mind that’s persuaded me to see where I’ve been going wrong all these years.  Your opinion is absolutely spot on, I see that now.  Thanks.

Did anyone ever search the landfill nearest PDL?
Brietta posted on 10/04/2022 “But whether or not that is the reason behind the delay I am certain that Brueckner's trial is going to take place.”

Let’s count the months, shall we?

If Madeleine was in the landfill by 4th May and dogs don’t lie, whose corpse were the McCanns transporting in the hire car?  Are we sure they hadn’t murdered anyone else after Madeleine went missing?  I reckon it’s possible, what say you?

I don't think they did....not in the early days anyway.

Seemed to me PJ were too busy pandering round the mccs abduction claim.

Then they got the interference from the UK police....so possibly never searched.

Yes, the PJ were put under huge pressure by the McCanns and the UK police to do as they were told and to put aside all their police training and believe in the abduction to the exclusion of any other possible theory, I feel so sorry for them not having the abilty to stand up to such strong foreign intervention.  I wonder how they eventually found the strength to stand up to those bloody Brits?  But good on them for finally doing so and pursuing the only logical and plausible theory ie that the Mcanns put their child into a freezer (or someone else’s coffin) and then retrieved her for transporting to her final destination 23 days later.

But there was frozen bodily fluids found?  So whose frozen body was in there if not Madeleine’s?  I don’t think cross contamination could possibly have explained the alerts in thr apartment, maybe from someone else exposed to dead bodies, such as a doctor, policeman, morgue attendant or undertaker do you?  That just sounds bonkers when obviously it was a dead child the dog was alerting to.

You know they interfered

'Competing British police forces' harmed Madeleine McCann search

Relations with Portuguese authorities damaged as agencies fought to join investigation, says secret Home Office report

Relations with Portuguese authorities were damaged as UK agencies clamoured to get involved in the high-profile case, leading to warnings that Britain should not act as a "colonial power".

His unpublished report, which was commissioned by former home secretary Alan Johnson in 2009, also said the decision to put the McCanns' local force, Leicestershire constabulary, in charge of the operation was a mistake because it was ill-equipped to deal with such a wide-ranging investigation.

I totally agree and find it so sad that the PJ were simply not strong enough  to withstand the weight of interference from the UK authorities.  If only they’d been allowed to arrest and charge the McCanns back in the Summer of 2007 then we wouldn’t even be having this conversation.  With the huge wealth of evidence against the McCanns such as the dog alerts, the Smith sighting, the jemmied shutters, the blood spatter, the strange body language, the video of them burying the body etc, they would certainly have been found guilty and left to rot in a Portuguese prison as they deserved.  Meanwhile we could have been spending the last 17 years trying to solve some other terrible crime from our armchairs.
