How do you know if, with all the distress she was suffering, she had even taken in that the twins were (maybe) especially sleepy that night? Or was it the next day ... or the day after that etc., when upon reflection and listening to others, she wondered?
And anyway, Icabod to wake a sleeping child up? Twins at that?
You are REAL, are you Icabod?
Wake them up! Jeez.
With all that distress and chaos they would never have got to sleep again. The yowling would have been horrendous.
Benice quoted Kate saying that she had told the police, on the very night Madeleine went missing, that she was concerned all three children had been sedated by an intruder
If she was concerned enough to mention the possibility to the police then
of course it is reasonable to think she would have tried to rouse the twins
I mean, if she was really concerned that they might have been sedated then the obvious thing to do was to try and wake them ... so she would
know for sure whether her kids had been drugged or not
... yet she never even tried
That makes no sense
