Berry & Balu didn't give a specific time. They probably saw him after he'd done what he needed to do imo

And Mrs Fenn?

And Mrs Fenn?

What, at 10:30? It was all over by then imo. But anyway, don't you find it a little strange that Aoife remembered possibly button trousers in the sighting they invented & Mr McCann happened to be pictured in button trousers a little Later? It's a rather unfortunate coincidence that's left the innocent Dr McCann open to suspicion. Just not by the police though. The super computer has ruled out the McCanns.

Aoife would never have been called to testify, had the case gone to court, because she never identified Gerry at any stage.

The case would never see a courtroom anyway. Gerry was at the Tapas bar at the time the alarm was raised. Whatever time that was supposed to be. What time do you have Kate raising the alarm?

I'm not seeing much evidence implicating Christian Brueckner going on around here? Only some evidence the alarm was raised before Gerry said it was.

Why 9.45 if it only took a good 5 minutes to walk from the apartment to the Smith location, Vertigo?
The Matt check is interesting, I used to think, why would Gerry let him check on Maddie and the kids if he'd already moved Maddie to the scrub land? but then it wouldn't really matter if Matt raised the alarm at 9.30 anyway would it? once Gerry moved the body out of the apartment everything was in place, so it didn't matter who raised the alarm or indeed when, Matt, Kate, made no difference, did it?
The Smiths put the sighting at 10pm or slightly before.  The movements we have to account for are - Gerry going to apartment, Gerry inside apartment and then checking around the apartment, including the window, Gerry walking to wasteland. Gerry climbing over fence to retrieve body.  Gerry climbing back over fence with body.  Gerry taking the long route round wasteland to site of the Smith sighting.  If anyone could do all this in 5 minutes I?d like to see them try.
You make a good point about why would Gerry let Matt do the check if the body had already been moved.  If it didn?t matter whether or not he spotted her missing at that point why was it so critcally important to risk everything by moving the body a second time after raising the alarm?  It makes absolutely no sense at all.

The Dr Payne sighting of Maddie at around 6.30 is more problematic, if Maddie was indeed alive at that time, that only leaves a good two hours for Maddie to lose her life and the McCanns to come to terms with this and make up an elaborate plan to dispose of the body, certainly no time to do a recce of the local vicinity to look for communal bin sites.
And you would have thought that the neighbours would have heard the McCanns desperate screams and shouting when Maddie met her end? remember the lady upstairs heard Maddig crying the night before!
There's just so much about this case that doesn't really add up for me!
There is a much simpler explanation though isn?t there?  It?s called stranger abduction and doesn?t require all this timeline manipulation and non functioning phones and till machines.

Can you provide a timeline of this account, proving that Gerry was pictured in the distinctive trousers 'a little later'?

Surely you'd have to agree, there's no evidence of stranger abduction though, other than the McCanns word for it?

You still haven't told us what time Kate raised the alarm either?

40 days according to VS. Gerry was pictured in coincidental trousers just over a month after Maddie disappeared. According to VS, Gerry happened to pick up similar trousers to the abductor when he flew home to get clothes. What rotten luck.

What time did Kate raise the alarm VS? Can you answer this simple, but crucial question?

VS is never going to answer me directly now because she can't account for the time the alarm was raised, nor can she account for the sighting of Mr Gerrylike coincidental button trousers & his visibly unwell Maddie twin & make it fit with Christian Brueckner abducting Maddie at all. She's in good company though because neither can the MET or Wolters.

Your witness, who described the car park being empty & things quiet outside the Mccann apartment at 9:58pm. That would be around the time I have after the alarm was raised as only Kate was left inside the apartment. Matt, Fiona, David & Russell were searching the poolside of the building & Gerry wasn't there anymore. And why do you think your heroes SY have the time of the Smith sighting around 10pm VS?

No direct answers will be forthcoming I expect.

According to Kate, she was running from end to end of the carpark while crying 'Madeleine, Madeleine' & bizarrely wishing she'd dressed Maddie in her long sleeve Barbie pyjamas. There are no witnesses to any of this however. If you ask Diane Webster, when she goes to the apartment, Kate is just sat on the bed.

Could this then be a false memory of Aiofe, having seen him in the trousers on TV or in the paper?
